They are the most unhelpfull pharmacy iv been to. Don't know where they get there pharmacists from,but they always go out there way to NOT to give you what you need or infact entitled to..

4 stars based on my latest experience. Usually 2 star but different staff today. Very kind and courteous. Would have given 5 stars but I had to phone and ask if prescription was ready as no text sent.

Loads of staff milling around. Eventually when the queue has grown they saunter out with a surly attitude only to tell you it's not ready because they've only had it 2 days and it's not long enough to put it in a box and print a label. Going to use Asda instead.

Had a rushed visit to the consultation room, took 20 mins to be seen, pharmacist misdiagnosed without listening to my concerns or symptoms.

Text received to say my medication is ready, I gave my name, she started talking to the customer infront of me then asked my name again, wanting me to spell it as she walked off, shouted my address from the back of the shop & stated she carnt find it!!! I felt like that was my fault! Got bored waiting so i wandered off. I returned later, the lady was so rude, I should have moved pharmacy when I waited for over an hour last month! I did note however that the methadone customers get served straight away, so might give that a go!!!

1 star only because that is the lowest option, staff in this pharmacy have no understanding of the word empathy or even basic help I understand they may have tricky rude difficult customers at times but I feel they need to be updated with their training on individuals and how to manage the customer and not dismiss everyone in a rude manner. When someone requires help at a pharmacy please keep in mind what you see is not always what is happening on the inside.

I dont even want to give them one star as I never got any service, plenty of staff today (04/09/24)some working some chatting, there was no queue but still got no assistance, went the day before waited to be told they were shutting early and they didn?t have my medication in so they ordered it for today so I went back to get no service, dreadful awful place,

Amazingly helpful manager/lead pharmacist. Although the medication we required wasn't available across the UK, she was really helpful.

Worst ever Pharmcy in whole of mansfield district .. never having enough medication. Then lying saying the can't get it and go to another pharmacy to get it .. to top it off its our ONLY local pharmacy... thanks to them 2 days on go I have been unable to get antiviral medication and told to Go somewhere else BARING IN MIND NOW I CANT EVEN TAKE THEM DUE TO THE MESS AROUND AS ITS TIME CONSTRAINT ... I don't have a car I have full blown flu and I cant get anywhere else .. Hate this pharmacy with a passion. Usless . If they can't do thier job they need to find someplace and someone that can. The prescription was from the hospital ( green one) yet they can't get the medication and to go to either boots or somewhere else . Plus up to 45 to 50 min wait for meds that they don't have in stock in the past. If you can avoid this pharmacy like the plague then do so.They don't care and can't be bothered !!

Sarah and the other staff made the meal a very enjoyable experience. The food was excellent, nicely cooked and well presented. We also got what we asked for, not like some other places where you get what they want you to have. Over all excellent!!!!!!!
