Would give this pharmacy zero if I could. The staff are ignorant when you are waiting they just ignore you, ask if you've received a text that never comes to your phone. Prescription Is never ready up to 5 days after it has been confirmed by Dr's that it has gone through, when all they need to do is put the box in a paper bag for you. They all seem to stand in the back talking amongst themselves and not serving the customers. Awful place I will be changing to a different pharmacy.

Staff are ridiculously rude for no reason, especially when you already feel unwell. Don't need staff treating you like crap. Demands you wait for a text message that never arrives. Then is really rude when you explain it hasn't come through.

My wife went here today and was advised and treated, given medication with PROFESSIONALISM, KINDNESS & COMPASSION!
His name was Tom an oriental type fellow with a young associate that was also nice: He asked all the necessary questions to allow him to do his job and my wife was VERY GRATEFUL of his abilities and the manner he used.
"I realise this contradicts the negative reviews that are immediately apparent as you open Google AND HOPE this wonderful experience dilutes them!"
I suggest most negative reviews may come from people already frustrated and impatient with whatever condition gives them problems- "I say this because I have been that frustrated and impatient person" I also realise we are all human and sometimes we do actually encounter rudeness.
End of the day- my wife just had a 10 star experience from TOM.

2nd time coming to collect my medication and no pharmacist there so they couldn't give it me even though ot was ready to collect. This time was told to wait 30mins even though he popped back and went again . Not great when you are strapped for time and have travelled to collect. Definitely changing my nominated pharmacy

Dreadful pharmacy extremely rude Manager and the store leadership doing nothing to resolve the problem despite complaints. It?s a very well known issue with the staff and yet nothing is done. If you want to be abused by judgemental rude staff this is you place. Otherwise I?d go elsewhere.

This is the worst chemists I've ever known. It's run by a little Jack Russell who loves dictating to you when you may and may not pick up a prescription! She demands that you give her 5days to get it ready. The staff lack manners or any skills to deal with the public. They think that they are there for your benefit, not realising that they are there for yours.

My wife came in to collect my main prescriptions today - but was told you only had the most recent one.I tried to contact the pharmacy directly, but they don?t give their email address and the address they sent the confirmation to, that my full prescription has arrived last week, bounces.I don?t understand how they could have missed that my prescription was ready and waiting!Now, another trip - for no reason!

Went to the pharmacy asking for anything for travel/motion sickness. Was not helpful just kept saying no no no to every question. The stock levels arnt great. Wouldn't reccomend if your wanting an helpful pharmacist.

Came hear to get some dissolvable co-codamol, explaining what it was for. I then got told no, and I was to go see my GP next week. Tge ladybbehund the counter didn't seem interested one bit. Brought this product numerous times before from here so couldn't see what the issue was. So left my shopping and went to Sainsbury's. Explained what they was for and there staff was happy to help.
