This is my favorite subway I visits 2/3times a week.
The staff are absolutely amazing and credit to your buisness.
Your staff are 10/10
However the area manager was helping on 26.11 24.
I have never met such a miserable uninviting woman her customer service skills are abismal I think you should employ someone else or retrain her with some people skills
A smile ? also would kill her.
Also one of the young girls was bending down to get a pot from beneth the counter and this area manager opened the bread oven door over her head nearly resulting in the member of staff hitting her head.
I feel really sorry for the staff putting up with this area manager because everytime she is in the staff feel on edge,it stands out so much as a customer.
I'm sure you could employe someone with a little more empathy..

My grand daughter goes to this subway all the time usually the service is up to standards but today she went and her cheese was burnt half of her cob had nothing on and it cost double what she usually pays so disappointed

It's a simple little subway. The peeps behind the counter are fantastic. Prices are a bit expensive but the food is tasty.

Love subway but today had a voucher through the door for a foot long for £4.99. Downloaded the app and went to store. When I asked at the till if I could use the voucher she said yes, I told her I had downloaded the app and she then said I had to wait a few days before I could use it so actually couldn't use the voucher!!! Is it just a way of getting you in the shop then you can't use vouchers and end up paying full price. It's so annoying!!! Why send the vouchers out!!!
