We ordered two drinks, and were served fairly quickly. However, it took about ten minutes for the drinks to arrive due to a lack of staff. My partner's drink ended up tasting weird due to the almond milk not working with the caramel syrup in her drink.
Dietary restrictions: You can get dairy free options easily.
Parking: The parking can get manic when the site gets busy.
Kid-friendliness: Kids welcome.
Wheelchair accessibility: All on the ground floor, though tight double doors.

Shockingly awful. Two staff chatting while waiting for food to cook. Someone taking orders occasionally and all the while no one making coffee. All tables occupied, queue out the door and getting longer. Staff just didn?t care.

Popped in for a coffee and fruit loaf, served by Reece who was friendly, polite, informative and professional. The coffee shop was clean and tidy, has outside seating if required. Coffee and fruit loaf was very nice, good value for money, would come again.

After waiting 30 minutes for a pumpkin spice latte I ended up asking for a refund. Ridiculous wait time. Staff didn't seem to care or want to be there. Too happy to take the orders/money, not so happy to be making the drinks or providing any customer service what so ever.
Will never visit this branch again.
They need to get some proper management in and understand what jobs need completing and when.

Service from Carla, was a minus, £5 for a tall, the smallest size, of flat lemonade didn't even taste of anything but water with ice. Not coming back here again

This was my first visit to Starbucks, Marcus served me and was so helpful! I didn?t know what to order but I asked him if he could surprise me. My request: warm and sweet!
I have no idea what I had but it was lovely! Also highly recommend the banana loaf!
The staff were all really polite and they all seemed to be a team that gets on well. Lovely to see!
