First ever visit to Starbucks. My daughter treated me to a hot chocolate and frankly, it was heavenly. Bit pricey to be a regular thing, but will definitely treat myself next time

Ordered on the app for collection. After waiting 10 minutes I was told the item I'd ordered was out of stock. Staff were friendly but unapologetic. They need to make sure their stock is up to date!

Open space, had to wait a while to be served and tables were not getting cleaned quick enough. Limited selection of food. Even though I was dining in, I was given take out cups and my food to go.

The most miserable coffee shop you'll find. Barely decorated, no atmosphere at all. Might as well be a bunker with a few tables thrown in, not even laid out nicely. It's no wonder the staff all look fed up.

Went in as part of shipping trip, ques long, and waiting time likewise. Staff trying to oblige, but made little impact. Make your own atmosphere, food and drink fine.

Tables not cleared in busy cafe, looked untidy. Had the caramel waffle latte, very sweet, won't have it again and expensive at nearly £5 a cup.
