If only I had looked at the Google reviews and not just the Trust Pilot reviews before ordering a freezer from Ship It Appliances for my 91 year old mother.Do not order from this company. I paid extra for a 2 day delivery and it didn't arrive. I emailed with no response. Eventually after a week I got through to customer services who did refund the shipping charge to me and said they would chase APC their delivery company. They also said this was the first time this had happened !After over two weeks of chasing and my mother wasting several days waiting in for a non-existent delivery, a freezer arrived one Friday morning, closely followed by another one !!She only accepted delivery of one. Being elderly she was unable to unpack it or inspect it until after the weekend but when it was unpacked it was quite damaged with dents in several places.I reported this to SIA who were apologetic and said again this was the first time this had happened!! They offered to send a replacement but I was so fed up with poor customer service and delivery I asked for a refund. They said they would have to have the damaged freezer back before they could refund me which I disputed. Then suddenly they emailed to say they had received the item back and needed my bank details for the refund. After another week the refund finally came through.The damaged freezer is still sitting outside my mother's flat !!!! I am now emailing them every day to find out when they will collect it...........as yet no response!

Horrendous customer service. I bought a downdraft extractor last year, which broke within 2 weeks of installation (July). It took an hour to get through on the phone, e-mails took 2 weeks to be replied to, 2 months later (Sep) a repair visit didn't fix it, neither did the next one another 2 months later (Nov). I requested a replacement multiple times, as the item was under 6 months old, only to be told they had to try to fix it Another 2 months later in January the engineers finally conceded it couldn't be fixed and a replacement would be given. I was then not offered any assistance with the removal and expected to do this myself, how?!?! I declined the replacement and finally got my money back at the end of February. Shocking company. DO NOT USE!

Been let down big time with this company I bought a freezer from them through Amazon I pointed out that it did not freeze properly they offered to send me a new seal. In fact the whole door is misaligned so I asked for a replacement and without looking at it they offered to sell me at a low cost a new door. As this is not what I wanted I asked for a return and refund. Now they say I damaged it moving it. This is not the case. It was delivered and carried to where I needed it by the delivery driver. All I did was unpack and plug in. Its just a waste of money it is a great shame that Amazon do business with these people. I feel that I have been ripped off by this company and would advise caution when buying anything from this company. I will endeavour to take this further this week..

SCAMMERS! Avoid this company! They sent totally wrong size cooker hood filter, asked me for measurements of item they sen to met, which i sent along with photos.. ???totally ignored all Further communication.

I had a fridge freezer in May 2023, within few days the fridge began to make noise. It also rattles a lot and I don?t know what to do with it.

They haven?t honoured warranty. Beware. Oven stopped working after 5 months. Called customer services. Said email photos of faulty appliance. Did that still won?t replace refund or repair. In fact I?ve been totally ignored. It?s a disgrace. They might seem cheap but remember the old saying. Buy cheap buy twice. From these guys you?ll have too.

Absolute diabolical company I have an oven that's not fit for purpose and 3 children to cook for on 3 occasions now an engineer has been out to fix the oven but on all 3 occasions the wrong part has been sent even after the engineer clearly stated with pictures what needed to be sent realistically a new cooker needed to be sent as clearly this company is incapable of following simple instructions and if I could give them 0 stars I would because they shouldn't even be trading.

My stainless cooker hood after 3years has gone rusty and guess what this isn't covered on the 5 year parts! guess what else its my fault due to lack of maintenance! avoid this company ! scammers. *UPDATE^ After many calls I finally managed to speak with a manager called Andy, Andy after a dispute about maintenance of the unit resolved the issue and I finally received a replacement. Thank you Andy! Some training for customer services is definitely needed.
