A rubbish product and service. we brought a sofa from here 2 years ago, the cushions and springs have just gone. save your money and go somewhere else. We contacted SCS they sent someone who did not really do anything other then take pictures. we have tried talk to customer service but don?t want to know. We was told if we have a problem go to Trading Standards.

I recently purchased nearly £3000 of dinning/ living room furniture from the Lisbon range at the Mansfield SCS.Both the assistant manager and manager in store were brilliant. However they were let down badly by their customer service team and the products they sell.When the furniture arrived, veneer was lifting on the TV unit. The coffee table had two large marks on the top, which looked like someone had tried to cover it up with grey paint. The side unit had a mark on the front and was damaged on the back where two parts had been forced together causing them to break. The dinning table was available in two sizes, I went for the 1.4 mtr, but wasn't told that the legs were a different design to the one I was shown in store. So if you had the swivel chairs side by side, there wasn't enough room to swivel them, not worth paying for swivel chairs?????.I went back into SCS Mansfield and made them aware of the faults.Customer service contacted me a couple of days after, asking me to send in pictures of the damaged/faulty furniture. I did this and got no reply. A week later, I emailed again asking if they had received the photos I'd sent a week earlier. Another week goes by and still no reply.I went back to SCS Mansfield to find out what was happening regarding my furniture. I was told that it looked like the supplier and SCS were arguing as to who was to blame for damaging the furniture and whilst this had been going on, no one had ordered replacement furniture ?. I asked the manager to get the furniture collected and refund my money.If you do decide to buy anything from the Lisbon range, have a look around because whilst looking for replacement furniture, I came across the same furniture elsewhere for a lot less than I paid for it at SCS

Was pleasantly surprised with the experience here. No pressure selling, salesman (Luke) was really helpful without being pushy and the choices on offer were great. I bought my new sofa and chair the same day, and am very satisfied with the overall experience. Recommended.

Carpet and sofa are fine. The after sales service however is terrible. They sub contract out the fitti g of carpets and send any old clown. They damaged some cabling, the fitter never responded and scs kept saying they'd chase him. After weeks and weeks I've given up, sorted it at my cost.

Brilliant in house staff but customer service line is incredibly difficult. Had to call multiple times, ended up sending my purchase out for a delivery when it was for collection. Cannot contact store directly which I believe is a big issue. Got everything sorted and looking forward to the delivery of my new sofas.

Staff in-store patronising which I wouldn't even care about too much, were it not for the fact that they were wrong twice. Fitters were argumentative after doing a subpar job. Use Carpet Right.
