Absolutely fantastic service today, from the lady who greeted us, to Kerry and Lucy who were awesome, and helped solve the issue i had, having had an awful experience in the Chesterfield branch, Mansfield demonstrated the best of the company offer.

Staff in Santander are brilliant, went in to sort out Savings Accounts for both our daughters and by accident we turned up when they were meant to be closing on a Saturday but the staff kept us in and set the accounts up anyway. You can't help how busy the branch is. The staff are all lovely and never feel rushed out the door
