Car park and road up to Sainsbury's is always busy. The junction can't cope with the amount of traffic.
The shop itself is clean.
We went in to buy a watch from Argos and use the toilet.
The only criticism is that you swipe your Nectar Card at the self service till. It then tells you to present your card at the till when you collect your item to have the points added only to be told that they can't do that and you have to contact Customer Services.
Something wrong with that system!

Subject: Distressing Experience with a Member of Staff Sainsburys Mansfield.
It is with great difficulty and sadness that I write this review. I have recently been served on multiple occasions by a member of staff at Sainsbury?s named Elaine, and I have found her treatment of me?particularly at the self-checkout area?to be deeply upsetting.
I consider myself a kind and respectful person, and I have made every effort to be polite during our interactions. However, I have consistently been met with unkindness and rudeness from Elaine. On one occasion, I even approached her directly to ask if I had done something to offend her, but her behaviour did not change.
It pains me to say this, but I can?t help but feel that the way I?ve been treated is due to the colour of my skin. I am a Black customer who comes to Sainsbury?s with the same expectations, dignity, and purchasing power as anyone else. I don?t expect special treatment?only kindness and respect.
No one chooses their skin colour, but we all deserve to be treated fairly and humanely. I sincerely hope this message encourages a closer look into staff behaviour and customer care at your store. Everyone deserves to feel welcome and safe while shopping.

Always great for a food shop

This store is conveniently located close to where I live, which makes it my go-to spot for groceries and other everyday essentials. Its proximity is a huge advantage, saving me both time and effort whenever I need to pick up something quickly.
The staff are consistently professional, courteous, and helpful, which adds to the overall positive shopping experience. I also really appreciate the store?s long opening hours?from 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. daily?which makes it incredibly convenient, especially on busy days or when I need to run errands early in the morning or later in the evening.
One suggestion for improvement would be expanding the store into a larger format, like a superstore. On a few occasions, I haven?t been able to find certain items due to limited stock or space. Having a wider range of products available would enhance the experience even further.
Overall, it?s a reliable and accessible store with great staff and extended hours, and I?m glad to have it so close to home.

Awful communication, when trying to establish if the car wash is in operation following it being out of order. Every telephone option was irrelevant, and merely deflected my call offering on line advice. Very poor

Great store. The carpark can be a nightmare. Some one way changes, opening up an exit through to the foodie places would make things so much easier.
