“Visited Orchard after attempting to get an appointment at my doctors for the past 3 days (total of 62 phonecalls made). Was concerned that I may need antibiotics to clear up Strep A throat (came into contact with this at work, and not allowed to return to work until treated or ruled out) I had heard that Orchard are now part of the Community Pharmacy which means they can diagnose minor ailments and prescribed medication. I found them very helpful and reassuring. I was seen within a few minutes by the pharmacist who was thorough with all his checks. I would definitely recommend Orchard to anyone with minor ailments.”

“Their opening hours are amazing. However, the pharmacist spent a lot of energy talking the man out of the meds the Dr at Kings Mill had suggested. At my turn she suggested drops for dry eyes rather than conjunctivitis. I rarely take meds, prefer to heal naturally. I didn't mind but felt sorry for the other customer unless he really was making things up? He seemed honest. ²Be prepared for potential debates unless you have a written prescription.”

“My wife went here today and was advised and treated, given medication with PROFESSIONALISM, KINDNESS & COMPASSION!
His name was Tom an oriental type fellow with a young associate that was also nice: He asked all the necessary questions to allow him to do his job and my wife was VERY GRATEFUL of his abilities and the manner he used.
"I realise this contradicts the negative reviews that are immediately apparent as you open Google AND HOPE this wonderful experience dilutes them!"
I suggest most negative reviews may come from people already frustrated and impatient with whatever condition gives them problems- "I say this because I have been that frustrated and impatient person" I also realise we are all human and sometimes we do actually encounter rudeness.

End of the day- my wife just had a 10 star experience from TOM.”
