My wife is on palliative care had a community nurse out. She rang the doctors for some advice to be told by the doctors they don't have time to help someone who is dieing all it would have took was 2 minutes that all it it took when rang 111 they was very surprised and disappointed with the way we was treated very unprofessional doctor was what they said.

This is my go-to Pharmacy, for all my personal hygiene products, as well as the usual stuff like prescriptions and general health advice. The team are dedicated to great service, knowledgeable and about the nicest people you could wish to meet and on top of all this, the prices of products like shampoo, wet wipes etc. are so good I've literally had to ask if they are priced correctly. I have to say, that if this pharmacy was a couple of miles away, I'd still go there, because it really is that good. Luckily, it's on my doorstep, so a complete win for me.Make it one for you too.

Been for an appointment today & had a very unpleasant experience with Dr Moffet. I had explained my symptoms & concerns to which he was extremely dismissive & borderline rude. All my symptoms point to concern on the NHS website however he told me the NHS has ?strict criteria? for referral which I apparently do not meet. After coming away from the appointment & reading this criteria online, I should be eligible for an urgent referral. After I disputed this & asked what the criteria is, he told me that he is not at liberty to say & told me to go to see another doctor or go private. Disgusting response.

Need to book a follow up appointment at Bullfarm surgery, struggle to access system online, I am hard of hearing, therefore struggle via phone and have Autism.Since it isn?t urgent appointments and due to my difficulties, Lorna has been fantastic helping me with my issues via email and can?t thank her enough, saving me so much anxiety.No unfortunately seems she is off for sometime, I am at a lost what to do or to talk with, since I sent a email asking for assistance, not taking into account any issues and simply just told to come in or book online.Feel they didn?t take into consideration or mentioned via the email I was sent from ?prescription email team? at Oakwood surgery, in which this wasn?t stated on the site.Really disappointing.

Was meant to have an appointment for my son on the 12th December. A nice lady on reception called to rearrange for the 13th Dec as nurse wasn't available on the 12th. Go to the appointment on the 13th Dec, was cancelled and Rearranged for the 9th Jan without my knowledge , no phone call to say it was cancelled. I also got a text message today 15/12 asking me to do a survey - Not my name in the message but some other patients name.

I have attended Oakwood surgery today who were very helpful after having loads of trouble with Riverbank closing. The staff especially a lady called Kelly was fantastic thankyou. I saw a doctor his name was Dr Kia i think he was the best doctor i have seen in years. What a real credit to the doctors he is. If all doctors had the same attitude and where as thoughtful and caring as him no one would have any worries. I have to thank him for making me feel so comfortable and not stressed as i normally am. Thankyou all.

Not happy, I?ve tried EVERY DAY! For 2 weeks, ring at half 8 and say you?re ?not open for appointments? so I try again, lines busy call back later. Call again, same thing, and again SAME THING.I?ve been out of medication for 2 weeks, got a ?call? with a doctor who was extremely rude said he won?t prescribe me any of my regular meds and ends the call? It?s my first ever time using Oakwood.Then when I get through, no appointments?Absolute shambles.

Again the staff were helpful and friendlyI was 24th in the queue this morning but didn't have to wait too long, the receptionist was lovely, I never have any complaints, thanks again xx

They have vastly improved there service in very trying times. They have increased staff and most of the staff Ive dealt with in the last 2 years have been lovely. Idont bother trying to ring for an appointment i wait outside at 8.30 on the way back from the school run i can mostly get an appointment the same day. Vast improvement since theyve taken over my Bull farm doctors. They had no doctors at all most days. You have to use the woodhouse practice a lot though. I dont mind because I drive and they are vastly better than my old gps.

Terrible surgery.Never enough staff. I get that the NHS are struggling but how can there only be one nurse available to give my baby his vaccinations and when they're ill there's no one elseIts not easy to get time off at where I work and I don't think its fair for me to have to take him to his childcare setting after his jabs.Should offer more appointments on weekends for those who struggle to get time off in the week!

In a time where you read so may not able to get appointments, I have never had an issue and unfortunately have to attend quite often. Yes you have to wait on the phone a while in the morning, but the staff are doing their best and get to you as quick as possible. We are lucky to be fair.
