Poor, lazy and unhelpful staff, awful experience! Upgraded to new iPhone 16 pro max (costing over £1k) and committed to 3 year contract. Had to upgrade online as previous visit they were ‘too busy’ but had phone sent to shop as they told me they could do data transfer when it arrived especially if I picked it... read full comment
