What?s embarrassing is that every time I order some small quantity of items, it takes forever to get packed? I could grab it myself much quicker at the rate these guys pack.
Second of all, the amount of times it?s marked ?out of stock? for me to come into store 15 minutes after receiving my order at my door step, and what?s that on the shelf? The item you apparently didn?t have in stock! Shocking! You don?t want my money? You want me to waste fuel and time getting it myself because you can?t be bothered?
Edit: yet again, they?ve not learnt their lesson, 1 hour for 4 items I ordered in deliveroo and it?s still not ready yet! What is going on! And just to top it off, they charged me £6 for an item and didn?t give it me! Can?t tell if the driver stole it considering they didn?t seal the bag or if they forgot to put it in the bag

Please fix your delivery system i drive 15 minutes waited another 15 minutes to be told by the guy picking the orders that he's not doing mine at the moment and he's the only one doing orders while 3 more drivers waiting so on top of my 30 min on this order i need to wait another 30 and then drive to customer this is not funny joke ! Every time the same ..

Never have anything I want. Fed up of walking around cones where they have continuous leaking from the freezers and chiller cabinets. Needs a big refurb and better stock.

excellent Morrisons, with a large selection of items and a cafe. Got everything I needed with no wait at the tills. Store was generally clean and tidy. It also has a large car park so you can always find a space.

PETROL STATION ONLY, Not the store......
Becareful if you use the pay and go pumps, Like I did.
I used the pay and go, and the cashier cancelled my payment without me knowing (I'd swiped my DD card and told to use pump)
2 weeks later got a fine for not paying for fuel. I only had 1 gallon in a can for my diesel heater, if i was going to steal it I would of walk to the pump, not parked my car that I wasn't filling up at the side of the pump in view of CCTV.
Petrol station staff suddenly can't speak very good English when I took the letter in to them.
Cost me an £30 for 1 gallon.
The store does not own the petrol station any longer.

Went to the cafe. Waited that long for the food, we had 2 coffees each and cold breakfasts. it was so cold in store it was warmer outside. When we asked why we was told the heating hadn't been put on????
