Great service from the moment we walked into the shop. We were warmly greeted and the lady (Gail) was so very helpful. The fitter came out to measure up free of charge and we were given a great price for the 2 carpets and underlay and didn't hesitate to order.The fitters were prompt and courteous on the day the carpets were fitted. My friend had Mansfield Carpets in a few years back. She had a lovely hard floor fitted, every time I went to see her this floor never got tired.I started work on my own property and decided from the get-go that this is the floor for me.Hard floor fitted in lounge and dining room ( also had to have screed because it?s old quarry tiles)Stairs, landing and bedrooms carpeted.I can honestly say im amazed with the skill and craftsmanship of this company.Never in my lifetime have I seen a carpet fitted to well to every inch.And my hard floor ?Thank you so much Mansfield Carpets?.You get ???????????? from me.

We have recently had carpets fitted in our lounge/dining room by Mansfield Carpets & Wood Floors and the service and quality of work was second to none and most importantly sensibly priced.We would recommend that you get a comparable quote from them before placing your order for any flooring.

Absolutely delighted with the service from start to finish. From entering the shop and picking some samples, and being able to bring them home to make sure we were happy. To coming to measure, quote and fit all in a couple of weeks. The laminate in the hallway looks amazing, and then the stairs and hall finish off our new glass balustrade perfectly. We will be coming back when we need another room doing for sure!

Having been looking for a local company rather than a large chain to fit new carpets into my rental property I can across this shop by chance when driving pass. I wish I hadn't. First the lady in the shop was very nice etc. I got a quote done and later call to arrange the fitting. Fast forward to the fitting and the carpet wasn't fitting correctly. Instead of calling me and letting me know the tenant had to call me and let me know of the issue. I them spoke to the same lady on the phone and I was told she has "just found out" about this from the fitters. Said the the measurements were wrong. I later found out this not to be the case when a tenant measured the roo again for me. She then started to shout at me that she was not going to be paying for it when i said a new carpet would need to be order. She then became very unprofessional and not very helpful.Few days later I got a text to say to replace the carpet would cost another £130. Being 150 miles around and had anew person moving in I had no other choice as I wasn't able to get up to sort it out.As you can guess I wouldn't recommend this company at all.

Called in here today for a quote, lady was lovely and helpful in store. Unfortunately the fitters who work for them purposely blocked me in with their van in the car park. When I asked for the van to be moved he said no I'm having my dinner and I don't have the keys, in an unnecessary abrupt manner, then came along fitter 2 who had serious aggressive attitude swearing being overly aggressive and saying he won't move the van. But he did.Needless to say Mansfield carpets and wood flooring won't be getting my business. Disgracefully unprofessional conduct they should be sacked.
