Probably the worst coffee we have had if you can call it that for a latte it was more like luke warm milk the cup was sticky on the outside and the lad serving me constantly talking to other staff member whilst serving me, very poor customer service

We were snapped at by the lady service at 2.15 being told
?We closed? ..
Oddly on the actual website it says store open until 4pm today .
Food was still on display and this is a terrible form of customer service.
Imagine going for a tea and being snapped at in this fashion.
Bad bad customer service .

I went here for a milkshake with my friend after we?d done some shopping. I ordered a vanilla milkshake and my friend ordered a chocolate milkshake. When we were given our ?milkshakes? and were disappointed to find out they were literally just milk, they weren?t thick at all and there was no ice cream in them. Mine tasted like a glass of milk and my friends didn?t taste like chocolate at all. I approached a lady who worked there (glasses, heavy accent) and politely asked for a refund and explained why. She immediately got defensive and stated that?s how they make their milkshakes. I said I was disappointed with how thin it was and lacking in flavour. The lady never apologised and clearly didn?t want to give me a refund but she did, she also refunded my friend. Bad drinks and bad customer service. I could?ve gone to PoundLand, fought a Frijj milkshake and it would?ve been 100x better than their excuse for a milkshake

My 14 year old daughter tried to ordered a triple chocolate frappe to be very rudely told by young lady serving that they don't do frappes even though it was clearly on menu. Very bad customer service and attitude, and shame on you for speaking that way to your customers especially young people who are building their confidence in speaking to people.

First actual visit today in Grimsby (Freshney Place) after passing several times and seeing it so busy but never having time to wait. Ordered a toasted cheese and ham sandwich and cappuccino. Coffee lovely and hot, sandwich not so as cheese hadnt melted. Not a problem as they recooked the sandwich and it was perfect. Lovely staff, lovely clean environment and lovely food..oh I purchased a Christmas crumble muffin to take away..absolutely delicious. Would recommend this place 100%

I don't usually write reviews but this cafe was superb. The paninis and flatbreads are super tasty! There is a lot of vegetarian options which myself and my partner found very accommodating. I must say, it is quite busy on the weekends, however, the young boy and girl are incredibly lovely and took their time to explain the drinks menu to us and were overall polite and helpful. The seating area was very clean and spacious (perfect for people watching). We would definitely come round again when in Mansfield. ?
