We decided to use Kutchenhaus in Mansfield after meeting Brett for the first time. The service and show room experience was absolutely fantastic. Nothing was too much trouble and Brett was very knowledgeable and really helpful. Our fitter Lee, who fits for Kutchenhaus, was also absolutely brilliant. We had a slight issue with the electrics and boiler but these were dealt with quickly and lee went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. I highly recommend both Brett and Lee, we?re absolutely delighted with our new kitchen.Services: Kitchen design

Getting our dream kitchen from Kutchenhaus Mansfield has been a wonderful experience from start to finish. Brett?s experience in the design process really showed through with the kitchen we now have. He really took the time to understand our needs and it felt that we were creating something together without any pressures.The delivery process was easy and it was great that we had a two week storage slot which gave us flexibility to fit the delivery date around our building work.Everything came in great condition, nothing was needed to be swapped for damage, we wanted to swap one of the appliances, this was no trouble at all, Brett went out of his way to sort this for us.The quality of the kitchen and all the little details make this a great space to use. Throughout the whole process Brett?s communication and customer service has been excellent and a rarity to come across these days. An all-round positive experience from start to finish. We had visited other retailers but Brett really took the time to listen to all our wants and needs. He is obviously extremely knowledgeable and passionate about what he does, and the finished design was exactly what I had envisioned, whilst remaining competitive. The quality of the kitchen itself is excellent, far exceeding anything we?d seen elsewhere, and the fitter Lee was brilliant. A really lovely team of people who can?t do enough for you, and I wouldn?t hesitate to recommend it to friends, family etc.

If I could give more stars for Kutchenhaus Mansfield, they would deserve them. Our kitchen is exactly as we wanted, with the utmost care and attention given every step of the way. Brett in the showroom was always professional, and at all times if he said he would do something, he did.We felt confident enough to go on holiday, handing our keys over whilst the kitchen was gutted, plastered and rewired. Lee the fitter is the most lovely man you could meet, and everywhere was clean when we returned with just a week left to finish our beautiful kitchen. No job comes without difficulties, yet everything was resolved. Poor Lee had to face 4 layers of wallpaper under a wall of tiles which no one knew about!Fabulous product from a fabulous company, I can?t recommend them enough. We love our new kitchen.

We are really happy with our Kutchenhaus kitchen. The overall experience from design to delivery was a positive one. Brett was extremely knowledgeable and went above and beyond answering our many questions, advising us and adjusting our design prior to ordering. Brett came up with a number of design solutions to get around awkward areas which helped to make the kitchen flow seamlessly. Any issues we had were resolved and Brett kept us well informed throughout the process regarding delivery dates, etc.The choice and quality of products is excellent with competitive prices against other well known retailers.We have a fabulous kitchen and would highly recommend Kutchenhaus Mansfield!Service: Kitchen design

We are delighted with our new kitchen from Kutchenhaus Mansfield. Our old kitchen had been chosen and installed in the house by the builders prior to us purchasing and wasn't ideal for our needs. We visited several suppliers, but found none were able to fulfill our requirements due to a limited choice and options for bespoke storage... then we discovered Kutchenhaus! Brett was extremely helpful and designed the kitchen to suit our relatively small kitchen space, providing all of our appliances and storage needs at a competitive price. The kitchen units and appliances arrived in advance of the install on the agreed date. The fitters couldn't have been more accommodating, installing the kitchen units and appliances etc to a very high standard. Brett is one of the most professional and conscientious people I have ever done business with. The attention to detail and can-do attitude was second to none.If you are serious about your kitchen and want it to be done without a minefield of snags, then I recommend him.If there were problems, Brett proposed solutions to solve them where others may have moaned and blamed someone else. Kütchenhaus Mansfield, well what can we say, from the moment we walked into the Mansfield showroom to the finish was absolutely brilliant! Brett was really helpful using his years of knowledge in advising us of all the options and also taking into account our personal wish list, nothing was too much trouble, we had our design drafted up by Brett and a home visit to double check everything, we had some specific needs which all got put into the design, we put the order in with Brett and was asked about a fitting date which was suitable for both parties, a few days later we got introduced to the fitter (Les) who again couldn?t be more helpful which put both my wife?s and myself mind at rest, the fitting date came and it was all go! Everything went to plan with little extras along the way, Both Brett and Les and there team was so professional about the whole experience from the first existing cupboard removal to the last brush stroke, so in a word Stunning experience!!Phil and Sarah HolmesServices: Tile work installation

We purchased a kitchen from Brett at kutchen haus at mansfield and from start to finish we were very pleased with the way the whole project was done. We had a wall knocked out so we could have a larger kitchen and Brett organised it all so our dream kitchen became a reality and it was all done while we were on our holidays. We were shown pictures of the progress whilst we were on our sunbeds. Great work performed by all that were involved.
