Always use this KFC for years but has become very expensive. I went for an uber eats promo so made it cheaper, Beware of delivery prices, they add £2 per item extra on top of delivery fee and service charge so won't bother with delivery again. The uber eats guy delivered within 20 mins but didn't bother to follow the instructions. Food was hot and tasty. Visited tonight for 2 zinger burger deal. This place just gets worse every time. Ordered through app, it died and has never worked. Touch screens don't work. One of the burgers had a mini fillet rather than full size. Couldn't check in. Waited about 20 mins from getting there to receiving order. Burgers were sat there about 10 mins before the wings were added. Felt sorry for the poor guy in the counter, the queue was growing and no one else seemed to be doing much. Unable to use rewards due to the app completely dying mid order as always. This KFC is the worst KFC I have ever been to. The staff are slow, ignorant and don?t listen to what you ask for. Asked 4 times for a BOX meal. 4. Still only received a tower meal. Queried this and was told I was lying. After asking 4 times. My burger had two bottoms and was toasted for so long that it was almost flat and crispier than these -6 degree mornings we are currently having. Honestly do wonder how this store is still open. Consistently poor even when you decide to give them another try. Get it sorted management.

Food was outstanding. Outside and inside was clean and tidy. Lovely customer service. Definitely worth the money. Definitely coming again.

Looks rundown windows need a good clean for a start . We Ordered a banquet meal for 1 each.chicken was kept in to long ,chips cold and like rubber . No napkins or sauces were given . KFC should be ashamed of their brand name to serve food like this. Will not go back and wouldn't recommend.

Ordered online by 20:00 and received the order by 22:00. The food was cold. Missing products from order, instead of 2 mayo I?ve got just one. Fillet chicken was dark brown ( the oil hasn?t changed when has been cooked ). Really poor service?s

The food came out quick also the food was hot your team members was outstanding. Very helpful when I needed help ordering. Also i couldn?t believe how clean the restaurant was. My children loved colouring why they was eating thank you so much guys
Kid-friendliness: The restaurant is now doing colouring stuff for the children that come to there restaurant witch I think is amazing why the kids are waiting for there food

As per usual not a lot has changed apart from a smaller car park due to the car wash that's now there so parking while eating inside is now limited

Absolutely poor service, it took me just over 25mins waiting for my food to be ready. The staff looked busy doing nothing, there were more talking than working. Avoid this particular branch at all cost.
