I went to buy some tools to paint my ceiling today: I bought an extension rod, frame, sleeve and a bucket. I needed more products but when I entered the shop, I felt like I disturbed the gentleman who served me, he was rushing me and I really wanted to get some more support choosing the right tools but I was feeling like I?m disturbing. After each product I was asking about, he was telling me how much I need to pay inputting the amount in the cashier although I was interested in buying more items.. The gentleman even started sighting at some point. I am not an expert in painting and could use some advice. Staff not professional at all. I hope he only had a bad day and doesn?t do this with every customer..I needed more products but I stopped asking as I didn?t feel comfortable at all and went to b&q instead to buy the rest.I left the shop really disappointed.
