Dissapointing really, as a Rock and Metal collector I found relatively few CD choices to tempt me.. Bright, full of stock, but just so much ?other? stuff on display.. Toys, shirts, kids stuff?. what happened to the music? Where are the collectables?

Always a great time visiting. An amazing selection of cds, vinyls and so much more I probably couldn't count all the variety. Staff are incredibly friendly and helpful.

By far the best HMV I've been into, staff are always friendly, helpful and from what I've seen interact with other customers on both a social as well as professional level.
Really lacking in other store these days, keep up the good work lads! ?

Always round there nearly every Saturday for CD?s or horror DVD?s all the time. I really do enjoy coming to this HMV and it?s one of my interests to work and coming to this shop to buy stuff as an hobby. Always have a smile on my face whenever I?m satisfied with my purchases. Very friendly staff as always everytime I?m in, the atmosphere is amazing and having a great chit chat with one of the staff members of HMV.I give this HMV a 5/5 shop, really do love coming to this shop and it makes me feel happy whenever I come in.Totally recommend coming to this shop if you?re in Mansfield!!!

This is one of the, if not the, most customer friendly stores I have been to - staff are always with a smile and happy to help :) They have a good assortment of KENJI items and many japanese treats and drinks available, and a wide array of music, films etc. Definitely reccommend this shop!!! :D
