We had decided to have a look at different wedding bands in Mansfield for ideas as we were unsure on what we liked. We had been to several other stores in Mansfield, and had felt non the wiser, one shop assistant seemed she couldn't be bothered with us and seemed to be looking for posher custom, which made us feel a bit rubbish. When we got to H. Samuels, we instantly felt much more relaxed and felt that Niki really wanted us to find the perfect rings for us, there was no pressure to buy, she just wanted us to be happy and to make sure in particular that my band suited my sentimental engagement ring. We came away with two perfect rings, feeling very happy and excited to have them ready for our special day. My partner couldn't stop opening the box in excitement like a little boy on the way home, because he was so happy with them. We will certainly be returning to get my engagement ring spruced up before the wedding and from now on H.Sammuels will be the first jewellers we go to because of Niki's service. Niki at the Mansfield branch is an absolute credit to the team. She?s supported my fiancee picking out the most gorgeous engagement ring and is the reason we came back for our wedding rings. We?ve shopped around for ideas but the knowledge and care given by Niki is second to none. It may only be brief interactions but when we walk into the store it?s like being greeted by family and she remembers everything we said months prior down to the ring size and ideas! Niki takes her time and makes you feel like you?re the only customer in the store and really values what you are saying to ensure you make the right decision for yourself. No pushy sales tactics she genuinely listens to what you want and takes everything on board. Honestly don?t know what we would have done without her to make this whole experience seamless and stress free! I recently took some jewellery into the shop that needed a good cleaning, and I was assisted by Natalie. She was incredibly helpful and took great care with my pieces. After the cleaning, my jewellery sparkled like new! I?m very pleased with the service and the results. Highly recommend!

I visited the Mansfield store today, to get a gift for my husband. What a absolutely splendid visited. Staff where amazing, so helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. Customer service was outstanding.

My partner and I are currently looking for our wedding rings and H.Samuel was our first stop, and are we glad it was! Niki was so polite and helpful with us and led us in the right direction for what we were searching for! We felt so at ease and happy with our service! We later returned after a few hours for another nosey and she remembered us and our rings and let us have another look and try on. Looking forward to going again in a few weeks to get our rings??

Claire and Niki at the Mansfield branch were so helpful to my husband for my Christmas present. (Which was a wedding ring and eternity ring) without them he wouldn't have known what to do. They spent quite a bit of time with him reassuring the decision was the right one. Now Christmas is over and I couldn't wait to unwrap my presents I was so delighted with the rings. We went down yesterday to show Claire and Niki the rings on my finger and how delighted I was with them looking after him. Thank uou so much.
