“This shop is brilliant, not only because of the offers they have on but I have never seen such helpful staff. Nothing is too much trouble for them. Took my shopping out to my car and would not even let me give him the £1 from the trolly. Definitely I will be shopping there again xx”

“Car park and road up to Sainsbury's is always busy. The junction can't cope with the amount of traffic.
The shop itself is clean.
We went in to buy a watch from Argos and use the toilet.
The only criticism is that you swipe your Nectar Card at the self service till. It then tells you to present your card at the till when you collect your item to have the points added only to be told that they can't do that and you have to contact Customer Services.
Something wrong with that system!”

“Self checkouts have halved the queue time here, a little bit ironic given Aldi is world famous for super fast checkouts but it's certainly an improvement for speed.”

“Same as most heron stores was clean tidy a bargain compared to most supermarkets. Certain staff who work at this store seem to bring there home life problems to work and are extremely rude and impolite. The rest of the staff are fantastic always have a smile always happy to help and also have a chit chat if not too busy.”

“Ample parking, petrol station at edge of car park. Click and collect is near the petrol station, the staff there are friendly especially Harry; he goes above and beyond to help with shopping eg: (when the packers put tins on top of bread rolls, or haven’t placed glass bottles in the trays sensibly and topple and smash when the click and collect team come to get them). On both occasions he ran across to the store to replace the bread rolls and the bottles, usually the team would place a refund on your order. The store itself is big, recently had a refurb. Very clean, usually well stocked, good selection, lots of self service tills, and some tills staffed like the old days. I do feel sorry for the cleaner who cleans the toilets, he deserves a medal. There are no toilet brushes for customers that would use them after leaving a deposit, so apart from putting your hand in the toilet yourself to clean after use (not going to happen) it leaves an unpleasant visit for the next person.”

“Big shoutout to Kodi and Lesley the cook for making our visit unforgettable — in the best way possible! Kodi was the kind of server you hope for: friendly, quick with a smile, and somehow always appearing at just the right moment like a service ninja. Need a refill? Kodi’s got it. Extra napkins? Already on the table before you ask. Honestly, I wouldn’t be surprised if they could read minds.

And then there’s Lesley, working magic in the kitchen. I don’t know what kind of wizardry Lesley is using back there, but every dish that came out tasted like a hug from someone who really knows how to cook. I’m still thinking about the food days later — and possibly dreaming about it too.

If you’re looking for great service, amazing food, and the chance to meet Kodi (possibly the nicest human alive) and Lesley (clearly a culinary genius), this is the place. 10/10, would happily eat myself into a food coma here again.”

“Bog standard co-op, but please note, it's on the small side for a co-op thing even and doesn't carry all the ranges you might expect. Frozen choice is limited. Staff are helpful though if you're struggling to find stuff. Good parking either on the road or near the docs, but can get busy in tourist season.”

“Prices have gone up a little, but depending on your shop you can get your everyday items.
Over the years the shop has changed with layout and products.
They do offer their more "Luxury" co-op brand products which can be expensive and rarely on offer unless on clearance.

Only issue with the store is the self-service can be a faff and either one person on the till plus 3 seconds to tap for a receipt.
Would be preferable if all self-service took both cash/card as two only take card and sometimes the ones that use cash still in use and waiting.”

“They've opened at night to allow people who couldn't get fuel during day so massive props to them and the women serving was understanding and nice too.”

“Yum yum yum... That my friends is the sound of my car being fuelled up here. The machines even come with a lovely hose to make the process easier. 9/10 cars recommend it! Me...i like the sandwich selection and the playful selfservice machine as it sensually declares "incorrect item in bagging area"....breathtaking.”
