Having read some of the previous reviews, I certainly sympathise, regarding poor service. But I can't concur here, having reviewed a few coffee shops in the area this month already, I won't be visiting any of them again. It seems clear to me that the Greggs recruitment and staff training policy blows that of most of the others out of the water! Yes you can buy cafe' coffee for a few pence less, but not served with this level of professionalism and respect. I would particularly like to highlight staff member here, Amelia. Thank you Amelia, you are a credit to your profession, and of course your illustrious employer. It's down to the dedication of Greggs and their staff that we the public are able to enjoy this level of service.

Well, after me giving glowing reviews at other Greggs. This one was a letdown. An older chap serving. Hardly any bacon and cold. The coffee was Luke warm.
Won't bother with this one again.

Staff all seemed friendly except the one who served me. I think if you?re the store manager you should at least have good customer service skills. Don?t get annoyed because I said I wanted to eat in and you?d already got the card machine ready for me to pay, so you had to go back and change the price to eating in instead. I?d imagine it?s your job to ask if the customer is eating in or taking away anyway seeing as another member of your staff was asking a customer that question. At least I was being honest. And then when I took a while to get the app up on my phone because of having no signal, you got even more frustrated and gave looks to the guy you were waiting to have a gossip to cos it was holding you up a bit! I?m sure you get paid to work, not to get the latest gossip which he made it clear he was there to do! Credit to the other staff members for managing to stay positive.

My partner is crazy, y for vegan sausage rolls so here we're after just coming out from McDonald's. Slow serve but yummy rolls. Love bakery?

Love calling in here when in town. Favourite is hot chocolate and sausage roll. Great selection of food either hot or cold. Eat in or take away.

Honestly? The staff are amazing, always order from them and they always get the order right and they are so nice regarding swapping out things. They are also so nice when they ring regarding food that's out and what we want to swap it to, and we wouldn't choose to order from any other greggs. Their amazing. 10/10.

Me and my friend went in after work today 5 min before closing time for a quick snack .Staff where lovely !! There was a lad on with tattoos and 2 lovely girls great service ! Food was beautiful we had a sausage roll and a pepperoni pizza ???

Friendly staff and Mocha is the best you can try from here. For snacks i will suggest, better try if it's hot otherwise it tastes not good.

always like a Greggs but the prices are getting a bit much now. Used to go there for a cheap pastie but not so cheap now.
