“Very enjoyable shopping experience. Was served by a lovely lady named Hollie who was very knowledgeable and helpful ensuring I had the right mattress to go with the adjustable bed base. The whole thing went very smoothly and the bed was delivered exactly when they said it would be and the delivery guys were lovely. I chose to have the bed assembled and they also took away all the packaging and my old bed and mattress.”

“I would just like to say a big thank you to Martin & Celia for replacing my wardrobe doors, After a night out with work and a few too many to drink I was trying to remove my socks and lost my balance crashing into the doors breaking two of them worst of all my wife was asleep in bed NOT MY FINNEST HOUR!!!!! but all good now just banned from nights out :(Anyway less about me more about M B S Interiors Martin did a fantastic job from start to finish and it wasn't easy for him trying to match my other sliding door that they fitted many many years ago could not be Happier with the result. “Entered the shop, we were asked if we needed help in any way, we said we were just browsing for ideas, the salesman said if we needed any help just to ask. We (my wife and I) browsed around the shop for a while trying out different sofas. We eventually saw one we both liked and asked the salesman about the sofa. He was friendly and knowledgeable about the product, (sorry his name escapes me) we left a deposit and await the arrival of our new sofa. We chose a corner sofa which allowed you to add am extra seat to replace the storage cup holder. We got a good deal and it was a pleasant experience, we've bought at ScS before and have had no issues with the previous sofas we purchased there. Highly recommend”

“I cannot fault Harvey's one bit. Right from entering the Mansfield store, the sales assistants were helpful without being pushy and I felt at ease to browse at my own leisure. When I finally decided on the Ashmore sofa, Steve was nothing but helpful. The process of purchasing the sofa and arranging delivery was quick and simple. As promised, I received a call around 5 weeks later to confirm my delivery date. I then recieved a text 48 hours prior to the delivery date to confirm my time slot. I also received a phone call on the morning of delivery to confirm a more precise time slot, and again 5 minutes before it arrived. The delivery drivers were fantastic, they were respectful of my home and used shoe covers when inside. They also placed my furniture exactly where I wanted it and took away all the packaging. All whilst being friendly and chatty. I am delighted with my purchase, it is fantastic quality and even better than I remembered it to be in store. I would absolutely use Harvey's again in the future and would recommend them to anyone.”
