No response to emails, messages or telephone calls in regard to my sons safety recall for his Citroen car. I've been trying for 3 months now to get his car booked in and this dealership completely ignore all requests. The staff at the Mansfield Branch are blatantly doing nothing to help customers and it is obvious they do not want to get involved in the issue!
UPDATE: Still no response, still being ignored, still waiting for an 'urgent safety recall' to be booked in. Beware of the lies!

My wife's car was booked in today for a airbag replacement recall the car was booked in for 10am ant the woman in reception with blond hair booked us in and told us she would contact us straight away when the work was completed. I rang her at 2pm to get a update on the car .she replied in a certain way it's not done I told you I would ring when the car is completed I replied ok I was only asking . My wife decided to go over at 3 pm and have a look if the car was in the car park and it was . She then went into the reception and ask the woman why she not rang us she replied iv text you both instead which it clearly states on both our phones no message was sent we found her very unprofessional and seem to act it was her show room and she made the rules my complaint relates to alot of your bad reviews regarding lack of communication

Recently, I needed to get my Citroën DS3 in for a recall, and these two didn?t just help ? they absolutely went the extra mile to make it happen. From chasing up the details to making sure everything was booked and sorted smoothly, they took all the stress out of the situation.
