Placed an online order, and a few items were click and collect only so I picked the Mansfield store. Arrived and duly followed the link in my text and checked in, then waited......and waited.......and waited.
3 more customers came and checked in and got their shopping and still I was waiting. Caught the duty Manager who said I hadn't checked in, showed her my confirmation. Off she went then came back some kind of technical issue as my order wasn't showing, waited again while someone went to find out, when he came back I was finally told they'd found my order it was being picked up from the warehouse and a colleague would be with me shortly.
40 minutes after checking in at the collection point I was brought my order by a colleague who said is this yours? Left it and and promptly walked off. The only person that apologised for the problems and service during any interaction was the shop floor man (I didn't get his name, but he was great). The Duty Manager said they were trying to sort the problems when I asked if anyone was going to apologise. She didn't apologise, clearly below her.
I've never used click and collect here before, and if this experience is anything to go by, I won't be using it again. Very very disappointed ?

Very poor service every time we go. Staff have no customer service skills and show a lot of apathy. They have little knowledge of where items are in the store and are not much interested if they do at explaining where they are. Customer care at the tills also extremely poor. Some staff are friendly and courteous but others such as today are very abrupt, unfriendly, and manners very poor. The store is also very messy. This is the last time I'll be visiting as it needs a real shake up by area managers.

Good products. Most staff are friendly and helpful. Had a few issues with a click and collect item being smashed on arrival and one staff member at the checkout having a snappy attitude.

Lovely staff in the cafe, Emma is often alone to do everything until one of her staff comes a bit later she always has a welcome greeting and a lovely smile we love here.

We must have visited on restocking day, the place wasn't tidy there was trollies/stock in the aisles so difficult to get about at times, we had to take the trolly into the cafe area as the trolly parking was full. Then the food options were low and when finalky getting served, then asked for sausage and egg bap or an omelet, that wasn't possible as it was 15 mins past 12, no mention of time restrictions on the board, daft, there was only a few sandwiches left, it was all a little disappointing. I'd taken, my mother out and everything seemed to be hard work,a shame.
