Went to dreams to buy a new bed, we were welcomed by Hollie who was very helpful, patient and answered all my husbands many questions, nothing was too much trouble, she is very knowledgeable.The Sleepmatch service to choose our ideal mattress was so brilliant. The cups of tea were very much appreciated as we were in store for a long time due to my husband asking lots of questions about the different combinations of tvs and frame. We would definitely recommend anyone looking for a bed to go to Dreams and we highly recommend Hollie.

Excellent service from the minute we walked through the entrance doors. Staff very friendly and gave us a couple of pillows and told us to try out any of the beds on display. Answered any questions we had ,even made us a drink while we made our choice.Would highly recommend

Dreams, more like nightmares!Absolutely disgusted!Purchased from the Mansfield Branch, order number GMBI/336678.£899 for the mattress, plus insurance £75 (although I really don't know what the point in having insurance was??), (and not counting the cost of the bed and the drawers), for a mattress that has lasted less than a year and now I feel like I'm sleeping on a hill and I roll into my partner every night. It is by far the worst mattress I have ever purchased, and I dread getting into bed at night! I would have complained sooner had all the shops not been closed due to the pandemic!!Apparently, it's our fault according to the bed technician because we were supposed to rotate the mattress ONCE A WEEK!! Surely this defeats the object of having a split mattress as my partner prefers a softer mattress and I prefer a harder mattress meaning we have to swap sides every week, as well as being completely impractical attempting to rotate a heavy king-sized mattress every week. Also, it clearly states in the leaflet/instructions that if you are not able to rotate the mattress then it will settle eventually but will take longer!I will never use this company again!!!!

Went in and was greeted and asked if we need any help. We was then advised to try the new bed simulator and it recomme up recommended several mattresses.so we tried them all and bought the one we liked the best. Offered and had a cup of tea each. No pressure from the sales team but was very helpfull.would definitely recommended going if you need a Mattress or bed.

Delivered a broken 800i Bed so 2k out of pocket with a broken bed, been passed from pillar to post, zero money knocked off. Don't bother, just go elsewhere and save the hassle
