Very enjoyable shopping experience. Was served by a lovely lady named Hollie who was very knowledgeable and helpful ensuring I had the right mattress to go with the adjustable bed base. The whole thing went very smoothly and the bed was delivered exactly when they said it would be and the delivery guys were lovely. I chose to have the bed assembled and they also took away all the packaging and my old bed and mattress.

We had the absolute pleasure of being assisted by Tracy at Dreams Mansfield today, and I can't praise her enough for the incredible service she provided. From the moment she approached us with a warm and polite offer of help, we knew we were in good hands.
My husband wasn't sure what type of mattress would suit him best, but Tracy guided him to the Sleepmatch mattress?an experience he found so comfortable and insightful that he wished it lasted longer! It was a delight watching him enjoy the process of finding the perfect fit.
As he relaxed, Tracy went above and beyond by preparing us both a delicious coffee just the way we like it, adding such a personal touch to the experience. She then took the time to show us around the store, allowing my husband to try different mattresses within our budget range, ensuring he found the ideal one for his needs. Her thoughtfulness shone through when she kindly assisted me in getting upstairs to view more options and guided me back down safely as well.
When we made our final choice, Tracy continued to impress us with her knowledge and care, making sure we understood the guarantee we were purchasing. At the counter, my husband spotted a Tempur cooling pillow that would be perfect for me, and Tracy, once again proving her dedication, offered us a fantastic deal on it!
All in all, Tracy was nothing short of amazing. Her kindness, expertise, and attention to detail made the experience enjoyable and seamless. She is a true credit to Dreams Mansfield, and we couldn't be more grateful for her help in finding the perfect mattress. Thank you, Tracy!
