Never visited a store where staff are so unhelpfull and unavailable. Approached a couple of members of staff who had no interest in helping.

I have to give it 1 star review because of that very rude and unpleasant staff member. Even though I was going to purchase 2k of furnitures, he was visibly annoyed at me and seemingly hated doing his job. I think that for that much money spend , we should at least be treated with respect, I don?t ask for him to be happy or anything, but to treat someone like a human being. He didn?t even said goodbye after I did. I explained the situation to one the other staff member and she was actually very helpful and understanding. ( Be aware of that old man with glasses)

Had abit of a faff while buying a speaker that was marked up wrong in the stall and on Currys pc world's own stock system.
Craig the member of staff that is incharge of that section managed to find the product that we wanted at the price advertised at a near by store and reserved it for us to collect.

Aiden (21) was very helpful and offered exceptional service when I was looking for a laptop. He didn't upsell and was very informative and knowledgeable on the stock which was on offer. Highly recommend him when seeking assistance

Couldn't have asked for better customer service. Review following my purchase on 17/08/25. Mark, in particular, is a very knowledgeable individual and provided me with all the information I needed to make an informed decision. I couldn't be happier with my purchase. The manager (I forgot her name) was warm and welcoming. All in, best place to purchase your tech from, I walked away with a great product and a lot of helpful information.

I never review a business, I think in today?s world it?s difficult enough with online shopping for a business to survive,
that they don?t need the hassle of bad reviews but then we come to Curry?s Mansfield.
After 3 trips to the store I have had the good the bad and the the ugly.
The first one was poorly trained without basic understanding of consumer rights. The second was good and helpful and the third just plain rude.
And no I do not want to take out insurance on a product that shouldn?t be faulty after 2 months.
I will be shopping online in future and not with that company.

Absolutely terrible service. Ordered a phone on next day delivery. Took over 2 days to arrive at the shop. Went to collect to then. Only be told I haven't got the right card to collect which was the card. I actually purchased the item on guy on the phone from customer services was less than helpful people in the shop told them I have more than enough identification plus the emails to collect the phone still wouldn't allow to release the phone that they have taken the money off me for. Needless to say, I won't be purchasing from car phone warehouse or recommending them to anybody with work among other things, this has caused me absolute chaos now with not even an apology, absolutely terrible company

Walked in wanting to buy laptop and accessories. Nothing suitable in stock. Can't sell display models except one which I was happy to buy. No discount available even though it looked scratched. Mangers didn't seem interested so I lost interest too. No wonder Amazon have got my money again.

AMAZING SERVICE! ? We went to curry?s to buy a new hoover and was serviced by , what I believe, was the nicest lady ever. I believe her name was Heidi and she really made our day. Not only that but we were in and out of there within 20 minutes! THANK YOU HEIDI!!! ?

Aiden get him hired he didnt hand the papers in to the boss when i ordered the laptop and i wasted 10 days just for the laptop not to be even in the truck one star.
