If you have something delivered to this shop for click and collect please don?t expect to be able to collect it line with the shops opening hours as you can?t. Click and collect / the post office is open limited hours but not stated on many click and collects when placing orders and the staff just bluntly refuse you when you ask about collection outside of those short hours, even though the shop is still open for hours longer. It will be the last time I use click and collect or the post office at this location.

rude staff , I walked in the shop couldn?t find the item I wanted to proceeded to leave the shop the banned me from the shop for apparently stealing when I showed them all my pockets and bag to prove my innocence

Went in, your not acknowledged by anyone, the staff are rude, the prices are different at the till than they are on the shelves. Then I get spoken to in such a way if I hadn't had already paid, I'd have left my items on the till and found somewhere else to spend my money.I'll never go there again, and the people around me were shocked to hear such disrespectful speach back to a customer. Then as I tried to point out the price on the shelves should be the price charged, he told me to go home and hunted me out of the shop to the point he forced the doors closed behind me.Disgraceful service. If you don't want to provide a service, then don't come to work in the public sector.
