“A really fabulous place with excellent food and great staff. The Festive Afternoon Tea was amazing, especially as I am coeliac and can’t have gluten and also don’t eat meat. My meal was a good as my friends and the choices exceptional. Wonderful. Thank you.”

“I was served by Jacob today in the Mansfield branch. He was lovely and caring. He helped me with paying cash and card on the self service tills. Thank you Jacob!”

“Good little local shop, can be a bit expensive on some goods, but that's what you expect when you just need to nip out for something and you don't want to go to a massive supermarket. Handy...”

“Ample parking, petrol station at edge of car park. Click and collect is near the petrol station, the staff there are friendly especially Harry; he goes above and beyond to help with shopping eg: (when the packers put tins on top of bread rolls, or haven’t placed glass bottles in the trays sensibly and topple and smash when the click and collect team come to get them). On both occasions he ran across to the store to replace the bread rolls and the bottles, usually the team would place a refund on your order. The store itself is big, recently had a refurb. Very clean, usually well stocked, good selection, lots of self service tills, and some tills staffed like the old days. I do feel sorry for the cleaner who cleans the toilets, he deserves a medal. There are no toilet brushes for customers that would use them after leaving a deposit, so apart from putting your hand in the toilet yourself to clean after use (not going to happen) it leaves an unpleasant visit for the next person.”

“It's OK. Just local shop for quick shopping. Could be a little bit cleaner.. But can't complain if you just want to grab a quick can of your favourite lager for Saturday evening at home. ”

“Fuel seems to have less water than most supermarkets and prices are kept lower than most small service stations- Staff are good but can be inundated at times with parcels so try to have a little patience- you are getting good fuel at good prices!”

“Great for little bits and bobs but not for your weekly shop. The fridge for sandwiches was broken and the Aircon was not working so it was very hot but not a huge problem”

“Bog standard co-op, but please note, it's on the small side for a co-op thing even and doesn't carry all the ranges you might expect. Frozen choice is limited. Staff are helpful though if you're struggling to find stuff. Good parking either on the road or near the docs, but can get busy in tourist season.”

“Great place, plenty of choice with a cracking selection of hot food..Staff are polite and helpful. However, just to point out, there is a dark haired lass with a beaming smile at the sausage roll stand (immediately to your left upon entry).Just to see her; I’d go back again. 10/10”

“This place deserves 5 stars. They hire local people, they're open most if not all bank holidays. They notice when queues are building and they put more people on the tills. Usually the only place open on a Sunday evening! The coop in general also seems all round cheaper too these days.”

“Whenever I go in there's a young lady who remembers me, speaks politely to me or a young guy who's also quite polite, never had an issue in here, staff are always decent with me, prices are a bit high for drinks thats my only grumble but that's set by the company not the staff”

“Great store with wonderfully shiny staff.

However the
Four seasons security NEED to be more in attendance in this store.
Just walking thru every so often is hardly a deterrent to villains ..step it up.”

“Prices have gone up a little, but depending on your shop you can get your everyday items.
Over the years the shop has changed with layout and products.
They do offer their more "Luxury" co-op brand products which can be expensive and rarely on offer unless on clearance.

Only issue with the store is the self-service can be a faff and either one person on the till plus 3 seconds to tap for a receipt.
Would be preferable if all self-service took both cash/card as two only take card and sometimes the ones that use cash still in use and waiting.”

“Yum yum yum... That my friends is the sound of my car being fuelled up here. The machines even come with a lovely hose to make the process easier. 9/10 cars recommend it! Me...i like the sandwich selection and the playful selfservice machine as it sensually declares "incorrect item in bagging area"....breathtaking.”

“Apart from being the local newsagents they sell also basic food and drink etc. Generally helpful and pleasant; I have used them for newspaper deliveries for the last twenty years (they have changed ownership a couple of times); no problem.”
