Just had a Deliveroo from this coop. Be aware that some of their bakery products, which would appear fresh, have actually been stored in their freezer until they need them. We received 2 packs of doughnuts, one with the correct label on showing ingredients and sell by etc. The other one had no official label on showing the ingredients , just a hand written label on the top, telling us to defrost them before consuming. God knows how long they had been sat in their freezer. Very poor

Today, an employee from the store made us feel very bad, I think he also has mental problems, because I was sitting with the product at home to pay, and I had nothing on me in my pockets or anywhere else, because he insinuated that we stay longer in the store and that we want to steal, I told him to check the video cameras, he checked them and did not find us guilty, but we endured a low humiliation, because we are Romanians. Shame on the employee who does racism!!!!

Needs closing the extortionate rates they charge that increase almost daily is criminal.

Staff need to learn how to put there hand over there mouth when they cough..not just because of covid but germs in general. What a sight to see your item being coughed all over as its being scanned. Erm no thankyou. Zero stars if I could have. Much prefer the one on mansfield road.

Normally have a good experience at this coop, today the cashire was very rude, I have a disability and need time to grab my stuff but she called the next person down (who was actually my partner) we said were together. Her words were well I still need you to shift your stuff in a very rude tone. She hadn't even moved them to the other side and my partner was intending to carry what didn't fit in my bag.Train your staff on disabilities and customer service!

Ive just been in my local shop and disgusted when I opened my bread (same day) with mould on it absolutely disgusted!
