Avoid this shop if you prefer being spoken to like an adult. Was approached by a blonde haired lady and instantly was made to feel like a child with £5 to my name. We stated we were just looking for an idea with colours, patterns etc and she instantly told us where all the cheap carpets were and why were we looking through the 'bugatti of carpets in the shop' so so rude, will not visit here again out of principal. Please train your staff in customer service.

Bought carpet for sons bedroom yes the offcut cost just over £100. However total bill 300. When they say free fitting. When buy carpet with underlay...there is no free fitting. Just another way to get you through the door. Lovely carpet though. But will be going elsewhere for the rest of my home.

Me and the hubby came in looking for vinyl flooring for the hallway and kitchen. A couple of minutes in and one member of staff asked us if we needed some help. We explained we were just browsing and wanted a quote. So she went back to the desk. Another 2 minutes and another sales assistant asked us if we wanted any help so we explained again that we were just browsing. Another couple of minutes after Another sales assistant asked us again!! Geez are they desperate? When we saw some vinyl we were interested in the first lady came over again. Very unfriendly and talking to us like we were 5 years old. Very scruffy with greasy hair and an attitude. She was banging on that we had to have a floor levelling treatment before we could have the vinyl fitted. Ridiculous. We explained that we were in council accommodation and no way would we be allowed to have it done. But she tutted and looked bored out of her skull when we were explaining it to her. Final quote over £500 !!!! We only want a small hallway and small kitchen floor doing!!! Included in the price was £140 for delivery and fitting!!! Must think we were multimillioners to want to pay that. When this delightful lady went over to another sales person to make further enquiries about the vinyl we were interested in they started having a snarky argument with each other. Very unprofessional. Then we were informed that they might not have the vinyl in stock!!! Why put out a sample on the showroom floor if you haven't got it in stock. By this time me and the hubby had just had enough so left. Avoid folks unless you enjoy being talked to like a 5 year old being put on the naughty step at school

I originally ordered the wrong size carpets for the living room, Andy was very quick and helpful to sort this all out and still have the carpets fitted on the same day. Very happy with the service and being so kind and helpful. Definitely would recommend Carpet Right!

We went out carpet shopping a few days ago and didn't go anywhere else after visiting Carpetright, the offers were really good, the choice of colours and variety of types of carpet also really good, we also have dealt with a lady called Anna on both our initial shop and today going to to sort the home appointment after having had samples sent to us, Anna is brilliant! An absolute credit to the company and I'd highly recommend going and seeing her for what options will work best for you! Can't wait to get the carpet fitted!
