I love this shop! Going there is pure pleasure to me! Spending time in the garden center is a treat! I can stay there for hours! I have bought so many flowers from there through the years! Often I buy discounted plants and usually I manage to save them! They cost just pound or two, but bring priceless happiness and serenity!

Offers no flexibility for disabled customers who need longer than their allocated 90 minutes to shop. Appealed twice and have been unfortunately left with a parking fine and offered no flexibility on their terms.
Disabled customers should avoid, no equality offered.

Purchased a gazebo
Lady on the till very helpful and a lovely guy Ben took it to my car (even though he was just starting his break) very pleasant shopping experience

Really nice place, lots to choose from, the only downside is that there aren't enough small trolleys that I can use as a disabled shopper, and that then restricts what I can buy, I can't use a big trolley.
Missing a trick on that one B&M as I would have spent more than I actually did.
Not enough serving staff on the tills either when it's busy meaning long queues.

Nice gent let me use the toilet. Filthy, but a nice gesture. It seems that toilet is now closed for customers though.
A massive store with a good range of products, just a shame some staff have attitude issues.

First time I've been to this one and was amazed it had it's own garden section nice and big too!! As a garden enthusiast I noticed plants all cared for and not dead or dry like some places I've visited. Great inside too!!! A lovely experience and will definitely go back

I wouldn?t recommend this store to anyone! The discrimination they have towards disabled people is horrendous!
They refuse to serve myself and my sister with our shopping even though we were paying separately. Me and my sister had our IDs but my brother didn?t. My brother who is disabled he is 30 years old! Tia had said in front of other customers you shouldn?t bring disabled people in the shop if you?re buying alcohol! My mind is blown! Unfortunately my brother had no communication, the manger Tia at the time kept trying to ask him personally for his ID when I had said multiple times he can?t communicate! Tia the manger, the cashier Cheryl was being very rude and looking us up and down like we had done something wrong toward myself, my other siblings! It?s out of order, this shouldn?t happening!
I completely understand you need ID to be served alcohol however, you can completely tell he was fully disabled and needed to be supervised, it wouldn?t even for him! It wasn?t a bottle of Vodka or a create of beer. It was 2 small bottle of beer which was a gift in which you could tell with the other shopping bits! I?m so disgusted.
I?ve also took his complaint further.

Its accessible with plenty of parking, knocked off a star for electric car vandalism. (Thankfully it was juice and not paint)
