Had a fab meal here on 04 Jan. Was pretty busy but still managed to get meals out in reasonable time.
Food was delicious. Definitely recommend meatballs starter

Food was brilliant, hats off to the chef however the service we received was overall shocking. Our first waitress with pigtails didn?t manage to get her name was lovely even though service was slow. We started to notice that even the simplest of tasks was taking a while Ie clearing our table from starters to mains, offering us fresh cutlery! We was even waiting 25 minutes for a pint of beer given they was only two other tables within the restaurant. When asked we was told they would check but when I asked again and told them this was unacceptable I was greeted by a non remorseful response? ?i?ll go look? no apology.. but continued to tell me that the 4 staff he has on shift two of them are going home so they are busy! This however is not my problem as a customer. When asking for his name I was greeted by them all talking behind the bar about our table. Very unprofessional. We will not be returning to this store given the negative response we received, it really is a shame as it was really lovely food. I think John the manager needs to under go further training and potentially learn some manners on how not to be rude to people.

Young staff run off their feet but trying their best. Cheap takeaway standard food at best but at prices same as other restaurants. Decor uninspiring. Spent £116 for 3 of us, 3 starters, 3 mains, 1 desert and soft drinks.
Kid-friendliness: Kids party happening on a Saturday evening so rowdy.

Decided to have a bite to eat after Christmas shopping and the cold, my mum had a cold a didn't fancy cooking once home. Saw Bella Italian across the car park from Sainsbury's. Got a table easily. We had the meatballs and then the Christmas veg pasta. Which was lovely and filling, so unusual, brave choice to put on the menu ; sprouts with pasta, peppers and mushrooms. In a cream sauce. Sat at a good table. Only criticism was the second course was slightly slow but a minor point and it could have felt abit cosier. Would come again. Mum felt unwell so didn't want desserts etc but may order next time.
Vegetarian options: The Christmas veg pasta was lovely.
Dietary restrictions: My mum has a low cholesterol diet she had some cream
But chose the non meat options.
Parking: Just popular and busy. Adequate parking but shared with two other restaurants eating places.

The prawn pasta was delicious. The Camembert was ordered with gf flatbread which was a bonus.

I enjoyed a lovely Margherita Pizza and Chocolate Orange Fondant. Lisa, my server, was very friendly and committed to great customer service and the atmosphere in the restaurant was great.

We had a lovely lunch time trip to Bella Italia! The food came very quickly and everything was nice and hot. Cory did a great job serving us and we look forward to visiting again soon

Really good experience again, friendly atmosphere. The restaurant was clean and tidy. The food was amazing! Very well presented, tasty and warm. Cory was our waiter today and he was exceptional!!
