Today is May 29, 2025, around 12:00 pm. I was shopping at the Asda store. It's just a disgrace. I can tell you it's a disgrace, a disgrace, and a disgrace to not respect your customers and not only your customers. They even respect their employees, they stand in line at all the checkouts, at the self-service checkouts, at another checkout. There are about 15 people at the delivery checkout and one poor girl from the staff is torn between everyone, not knowing who to start with first, and then two employees come out waddling slowly. So easy and calm, as if everything in their life is fine. You know, you are just a disgrace. I would suggest you close down and not disgrace your entire chain, because in fact the Azda chain is very good, and your store in particular is ruining everything and disgracing the name of Asda, because this is not the first time such situations have happened between the staff. That is, you understand that you do not respect your customers, but you do not even respect your employees. You, instead of helping the poor girl figure out her job. You all abandoned her, she, poor thing, was the only one working for the entire store, when I left, I told her so, quit this job of yours here, they do not respect you as an employee. All I can say to your store is once again shame. Because of all this, I stood for about 15 minutes, waiting for at least one employee to confirm, although I was at the self-service checkout, but I do not blame this girl, because she could not physically break apart, to all the customers. Once again, shame.
5 minutes ago 2:55pm.I visited ASDA again. And what do you think? Has anything changed? Absolutely nothing has changed, that's all. The same full store of people standing and waiting for someone to serve them and only one employee working for the whole store, the poor girl. I have no words. It's just a shock ASDA shame on you.

Dissatisfied. Today I got a fine for parking less than 2 hours. I bought goods from them - they decided to make money on the parking. I will not buy from them anymore. I crossed yours off the shopping list.

Decent store. Miserable staff. If you don't like your job, do something else. A smile, eye contact, and a 'thank you' go a long way in customer service. Turning your back, grunting, and looking like you'd rather be vaping with your mates on the park, doesn't.

Good for those last minute items when you haven't planned dinner, staff very friendly and helpful.loads of parking space, disabled friendly access, cash machine outside, and you can collect online orders from Asda com and George here.

Absolutely awful store. One member of staff present near tills, directs me to the self checkouts as there's no one to serve you, so now I basically work here because I'm being forced to serve myself, give me a name tag and a green jumper? no bags, no help from any staff. Will not visit here again as long as I live

For a quick shopping this shop is best. Maybe not too many options for the items that you are looking for. Plenty of car parking is available and near the bus stop.

There is a man who works here with spiky hair and glasses, every time I come into this asda he has made me feel uncomfortable, I asked for a bag as they don't have them on the self checkouts for some reason and he had made me feel like I used the wrong grammar, and he wouldn't respond to me until I'd corrected myself. Very strange indeed!
