I couldn?t get the Asda money app to work after I got a travel money card - Laura was so helpful she checked what the issue was sorted it for me and gave me good advice she was lovely so polite and professional thankyou Laura!

I went to collect some euros today & was greeted by a lady I believe is called Nav. She was very pleasant & helpful. I got a great rate even though not as good as if ordered online but still acceptable. She was also kind enough to show me a travel card which Asda are now providing, I will consider this?? thank you Nav??

Went into Asda to the travel money exchange, once there, Laura, the very helpful young lady behind the glass, steered me right through the travel card process, explaining what she was doing throughout, and with a pleasant smile handed me my now loaded, Asda travel money card, the whole experience took about 5 minutes, the card seems to me a lot safer option than carrying a bundle of foreign currency about when abroad.
