popped in for a drink today we sat in the clearly marked no smoking area . we were then joined by a lovely family with a baby . we then joined by customers from the bar. who then proceeded to smoke in our area. i reminded them that this was a no smoking area they begrudgingly moved a few wteps. we were then joined by another young lad and i reminded him also .HE then said he could smoke there as he was bar staff. I then went inside and spoke to the manager / owner who looked at me like I was just having a moan he said he,d have a word no apology nothing . May I remind them that it is illegal for people to smoke in a no smoke area

We called in at lunch time on Wednesday and had a lovely meal. The staff were very welcoming and it was lovely and warm. Will be going again

Everything about this place is amazing, the food, the staff and they have a kid corner with all sorts of toys, games and colouring fun to keep little ones entertained. 5* place to visit

The food was absolutely amazing. On time for our big group and staff were awesome. I spoke to staff to arrange another big group get together. Highly recommended

Jonty and staff put on a lovely Christmas meal for us. Food hot and delicious. Great atmosphere with live music for the evening.

Came for works Xmas do. Food was lovely, hot and well presented. Staff friendly and welcoming. Will be back.

We had booked for a family gathering and had all selected our menu in advance?however the only way to describe the experience is total chaos. It took over an hour to serve everybody their main course, we had booked for 15:00hrs -they started bringing out the main course at 16:15 and the last person got their main course at 17:20 By the time most of us got our main course the vegetables were cold There was a hair in my prawn cocktail and a piece of plastic in one of the other member of the party?s macaroni All in all it was shambolic to say the least

Amazing place excellent staff and so helpful.the food is 5* venue is really clean and has a dance floor and plenty of seating g for big party's or small.manager of the venue is amazing.highly recommended

This is a great pub, with a brand new Sunday Carvery. The meat was so succulent and the vegetables were cooked beautiful. Will definatly return.

Lovely pub atmosphere; well trained and friendly staff, always accommodating & helpful with any menu questions & recommendations. Manager seems friendly and supportive of staff. As a whole the place appeared clean & tidy, well kept in a general sense - Toilets included (as well as disabled access/baby changing facilities). Food is good value & quality.

Attended a wedding reception there, buffet food was lovely and plentiful, disco music was just the right mix for the guests and age groups. Hosts welcoming and drinks spot on.
