Nearly knocked over in car park,went in and was told its a car park what u expect,no hello ,said wasnt great to nearly be hit,taylor,the greeter said anyway what you want,then pizza was passed ,no thanks or enjoy and then started mouthing off,saying whats your problem,im 54 years old and to have attitude from a 16 year old isnt acceptable in a customer environment,taylor needs some serious training in customer facing...or indeed ...training in dealing with himan beings....dreadful experience

I use the click&collect offer for our occasional treat, speedy service with the app. Parking can be a little awkward.

No customer service.
Ordered online. Picked up something looked like as small as you would give to a toddler!
Looked nothing like the picture online.
Offered nothing as replacement even though advertising those tiny pizzas in shop window for 3.99 and we paid doubled that.
Will not be retuning. Been going there a long time and always happy with our medium or large pizza but this was a joke!
Avoid.

Been a few times on a sunday after finishing work now and every time the staff are very friendly. My wife mentioned how friendly the guy on the phone was the first time and having been in store since the staff are very good.

Robert was really helpful with my order, and issued a refund even though I had made the mistake with my order. Pizzas always fresh and tasty.

Rob the manager who claimed his name was rob which i very much doubt as he told multiple lies and had zero communication skills on the phone is the most arrogant/rude person ive ever spoken to in my life in the food industry! Do not deal with this branch what a disgusting service and quality of food.
