Well I?ll never use click & collect for ?George? again. Ordered two duvet sets for my daughters for Christmas, went to collect last night only to find out it had been collected already & staff looking at me as if I?m telling porky pies.
Had to stand my ground & say there?s been a mistake, staff didn?t actually give one & told me to ring an 0800 number which apparently isn?t publicised..
Customer after care is impossible. Nowhere & no one to complain to if something goes wrong. Pissed off.

Rachel in the clothing department was an absolute diamond and excellent ambassador for the store and sold me a lot more than I came for with her experience of products recently come in. DO NOT lose this lady- if she tries to leave shackle her with a wage increase.
Moving on a while and I find young staff that are learning to have the friendly and professional attitude that I'm used to.

Please sort your trollies out! This isn't the first time I have been injured by your stupid lock wheel after I visited your store, I use scan and go all the time and when I have left the store and walking through the carpark the wheels lock up I have a nice big bruise on my stomach because of this and I'm still in a lot of pain because if it! Like I said this isn't the first time!

If your shopping here take a coat , gloves & hat. The store is so cold you forget what you have gone on for. If you do remember then they probably not got it as shelves are empty.the staff Are lovely & should not have to work in such conditions

This has to be the worst Asda ever. The shelves are usually empty and there are so many things they don't stock. Empty boxes are strewn across the aisles as well as tossed on bare shelves. I will no longer bother going here as it's just a waste of time, and I have tried many to no avail. Asda needs to do better with this store.

Honestly I don?t understand the new Collection Grocery concept of yours! It was great with lockers, now you must sit for ages being served in a queue manner. Rubbish. That manager that thought he was clever to ?streamline? collections deserves to be fired!!!!!!!
