Came in for breakfast whilst the dogs were at the groomers. Had the most amazing breakfast sandwich, would definitely recommend. Coffee was good too.

Lovely coffee shop.
Doesn't look very big from the outside, but with the conservatory on the back there is plenty of seating.
Service at the table, very polite and friendly.
Food fresh and portions generous.
Well behaved dogs welcome.
Free parking on the street.

I think this cafe may have changed hands recently. I never give reviews [I know lots of people start with that - but I genuinely don't] but just have to write about my recent experience at the Willow Tree. I visited for Saturday breakfast a couple of weeks ago as the other cafes in BJ were full. I should have been warned by the fact that at the Willow Tree only two tables were occupied, but I wasn't. We ordered sausage cobs and a cappuccino - the sausages were vile, a strange colour with lots of yellow looking fatty bits. The cappuccino was completely tasteless. We left pretty much all of it. When asked if our meal was OK when paying, I did say that it wasn't that nice. The waitress replied 'lovely' and charged us about £18. Obviously I won't be returning. Shame, as it's a nicer physical space than the other smaller place in the centre of the village.
