After trying 11 pharmacy this was the only one that had what I required. At first when I made a phone call they said that they were out of stock, but did find what I wanted in there pharmacy

Kirkby in ashfield Well chemist is a under staffed. The staff are grumpy and rude. I can understand them being grumpy as they can not cope with the work load. But please be polite to your customers.
Also the state of the floo, is so dirty.. it's had a mop around but come on wash the floor properly. A good scrub is needed

Went in once and one woman said they ?can?t be bothered to answer the phone, leave it ringing? vile attitude especially the one with glasses (not sure the name). Think they all need re training with their attitude towards customers!!

Changed from my old pharmacy too well .started well but has gone downhill quickly. The staff is very grumpy, especially the older staff service poor .gone back to my old pharmacy

I used to use Boots pharmacy but since that closed, here was the next nearest option. Walked in with my prescription to be completely ignored for about 10 minutes by the four staff working behind the counter. No greeting, no "we'll be with you in a minute" etc. Then when they finally finished doing what they were doing, the proceeded to try and serve the other customer that had only just walked in, 10 minutes after I'd got there, instead of me. Needless to say I'll go out of my way to another chemist in future - there's plenty of options - rather than come back here!

Awful service while trying to get my mums post op painkillers. Repeatedly told not in try again tomorrow. When we finally went back and asked for prescription back to go somewhere else we were told they had found tablets so they actually could do it. No thank you, will not be going back there again.

Excellent service I have mine prescription delivered so do my parents we are all housebound due to disabilitys if ever any problems I just ring them up and it's sorted out straight away very professional
