I have just been treated so bad it's beyond words, ask to talk to a manager and they put a young girl on the phone who seemed to think it was funny as her delivery driver brought me to tears, while the childish staff was laughing at the fact I couldn't feed my self because my I'd wasn't right (bank card, tench agreement etc) Were going without the basic, even my neighbour recorded how nasty the delivery driver was to me..Will be writing times and dates and taking it further ?

If I could give 0 stars I would. Shop has massively gone downhill in the last year. I used to pop in to use the post office and pick up essentials, but I will not be going back in. So many gaps and I had to end up going elsewhere for things. Staff can be hit and miss, a few were helpful and others were surly and unhelpful. They seem to make up their own closing times as well, as the last few times I have tried to go, they were shut, despite checking on website opening hours.

Clearly states online they are open until 9pm.ci have visited this store on a number of occasions at night, 2 times this week i have attempted to go to the shop at 6.30pm and the shop has been closed. False advertisement. No note on the door either to say why they are closed.

Social distancing is in full effect still. Only went here because I found out the post office is now here rather then being an actual building. Word of warning, if you?re looking for padded envelopes, go Boyes first because McColl?s didn?t sell any padded envelopes. Great customer service, decent and clean shop.

Went in a couple of days ago to send a parcel back and I obviously disturbed the lady from standing talking to the other shop assistant because when she eventually saw me she said out loud oh ffs. The screen you hide behind isn't sound proof unfortunately! Disgusting attitude whilst serving me - no customer service at all, then to top it off she went into hysterical laughter with the other lady when she finished serving me - did I miss something? She is obviously not worth challenging because I'm surprised she has any customers and I certainly won't be using the shop again. The prices are ridiculous anyway.
