A couple of weeks ago I booked a taxi in the morning for a pick up at 6pm. At 6.10pm I called to ask where the taxi was, they said they had problems and it would be another 15 minutes, I called back and was told 40 mins. I then called back a third time and was told that they couldn't guarantee that the taxi would actually be turning up. The operative also told me that they cannot guarantee a pre-booked taxis, if this is the case then why pre-book taxis at all. I was so angry and the operative was neither helpful and didn't apologise. If they couldn't have provided a taxi they could have told me instead of fobbing me off and leaving me stranded. I am absolutely disgusted with the service. I have not used this taxi company since and I definitely do not recommend them at all.

Taxi from Mansfield to Nottingham came quickly, lovely car and driver but quoted £30 by telephone operator and the bill was £47.50!

Never book this taxis I booked day before for a taxi cos I had appointment for 9 o'clock so booked it for 8:40 it got past that time on the day called them to tell me they was busy cos of schools runs and that I had only just booked it so I told them I booked it the day before he just said he was busy told them I had appointment for 9 waste of time unreable

Absolutely terrible service, wife booked and paid for a taxi for 22.10 didn't turn up, called them to see where it was , as per usual "it's on its way"22.50 still no sign, called again no answer this time. Ended up having to start walking home.Shocking service wouldn't recommend at any cost.So after contacting the company via email this is the lame reply we received.Good afternoon"Thank you for reaching out with these concerns, we're sorry to hear you were not happy with how the service was recentlyWe apologize for the delays faced, while we understand and sympathize with your wife's predicament, we can assure you that our team made every effort they could to attempt to secure you a carWe're sorry that our delays caused such distress, it was not our intention"If this was a one off cernario then it would be acceptable but as I read through the reviews it seems to be an on going factor with the company.Also I'm lead to believe that because payment has been made prior to the taxi collecting the passenger that the company has entered into a formal contract and are obligated to fulfill said contract.Maybe next time whomever is at the control desk should ensure there's enough vehicles available to meet requirements and not leave people vulnerable,stranded and alone.

Booked taxi night before to the train station. Following morning 5 minutes late so called them to be told that only one car works in the morning and they are busy so would be with me in half an hour. ISaid why would you book me the taxi the following day at the time I requested if you was not going to guarantee turning up, gentlemen was rude so I hung up. Avoid using

Had a taxi booked for 22:30 from a wedding venue, the taxi arrived at 22:20 rang us and because we did not answer the phone they left (Leaving no answer phone messagenor explanation). Upon ringing the company to see where our taxi was we was told there was not another taxi available for 1hr 30mins.

Waited nearly 2 hours, taxi never came, yet operator kept deceiving me time and again each time I called, saying the driver was 5-10 mins away. Really horrible service! Wasted my time for nothing

Booked cab 5.00 ish on 28.3.22 for 7.30 pm same night , operator said it may be 20mins late ? Why take booking ,thou i patiently waited till 7.50pm before ringing to see how much longer it would be , too which he said it had been cancelled , i asked by who ? They couldn't answer . A curtesy call prior wouldn't ave gone amiss VERY POOR

Said he?d come at quarter to 10 I rang him at 10 asking where he was and he said you?ll have to wait another hour after sending him £6 and saying he wouldn?t give us the money backAbsolutely fuming taxis company is rubbish!!
