Despite the efforts of some members of the team the service is shocking. Waiting to to 6 days for a prescription to be dispensed. Frequently blaming the GP surgery for the delay. A total fabrication as other local chemists turnaround is 48 hours. One dispenser is openly hostile and aggressive I used to dread going there. I've since found a more efficient and professional pharmacy. I've also stopped spending £50 at Tesco every time I had to walk round the store waiting for prescription to be dispensed. Win,win.

Went to Tesco Pharmacy today to collect my prescription.As I was having symptoms of Hypertension and my Blood Pressure previously was high asked the so called pharmacist Smitha if I could get my Blood pressure checked she was so rude not knowledgeable and said that I have to get it checked only after six months and said that was what was taught to her.avoid this person at all costs who will give you wrong information because of her poor knowledge.

Tesco Hucknall is the worst pharmacy in the local area. Never friendly, Never have things in stock, they take days to process scripts sent straight from the GP and when you eventually (if you?re lucky) get a text to say they?re ready, when you go to collect they still make you wait 20 mins whilst they check it. Again. Wouldn?t be so bad but I was even given the wrong insulin once! Avoid at all costs.

They barely answer the phone and the other day when I rang to see if my mums prescription was there someone answered the phone then carried on talking to customers for 10 minutes while I was still on the phone!

The worst Pharmacy to go to, They never answer the phone,Dont have certain stock in, The whole thing is not good, Untidy,smelly and the staff are not Respectful what so ever

4th time of going there to collect my prescription and being told it's not there when each time it has been. When you're not feeling very well you really don't need this. The last time I had to ring the doctors who said it had been sent over 40 mins previously and when they looked again surprise surprise they found it...a 5 minute job took 50 mins. Unacceptable. I've now changed to a different chemist as you don't even get an apology. Would DEF NOT recommend.

Tescos top valley. Avoid when possible. I was ringing them from opening for 2 hours straight. Then for another day. Two days and no answer. Absolutely disgusting. Then my ringing constantly..... THEY TAKE THE PHONE OFF. No service no points. Others mentioned this issue but didn't think it really was this bad. Wow. Wow wow 48 hours! GO somewhere else!

I received Noethisterone from an official online chemist. However realised that I wouldn't have enough. The lady at the chemists said that she would throw the medication away as it wouldn't be what I asked for. She said that they can only provide with a prescription. I went onto Lloyds chemist filled out a health questionnaire and received the medication that I required.

I wouldn?t recommend calling the pharmacy. I have been trying to get through for an hour, the phone rings and then ends asif someone is on the other side ending the call.All systems are down therefore I am not able to get emergency prescription, shouldn?t be so hard to get your prescription.

Over and over again I go for prescriptions and don't get every thing in Oct I got June's prescription go go antibiotics and get some thing for Nov not the antibiotics I am trying to get for an infection so I can be better go Xmas
