Forced to order on the keypads, told it saves time. It takes longer as you still have to give the details. I will shop at another branch in future.

Went in for a clothes rail I needed to cut to length - the man at the counter was friendly, knowledgeable and helped me get exactly what I needed for a good price. Even gave me tips on how to cut it - really great experience.
