The food arrived on time piping hot but unfortunately the Lamb Madras and Chicken tikka masala dishes were both very bland and watery .....the sauces just weren't of a strong enough flavour ....won't be ordering here again

Ordered for delivery as it was boasting a 4.6 star rating on just eat. I think it just proves the good folk of hucknall are a touch too generous.
The chicken tikka masala - chunks of fairly bland chicken slapped into a grotesquely sweet coconut tikka gravy, making it overbearing with coconut, and a light spiced, marginally tikka masala-esque, taste. I?ve had kormas less sweet.
Lamb dopiaza - usually a fragrant with garlic ginger and coriander, it fell widely past the mark. the lamb was bland chewy and there was no depth in flavour, there was an overwhelming presence of onion, That marred the overall flavour, left a slight watered down taste.
Saag aloo - for the most part I understand this to be spinach and potato. So to advertise it with Indian cheese (I assumed was paneer as it?s mentioned in the dish) there was an overwhelming lack of the paneer/cheese even though it was stated twice. It?s false advertisement.
Chips - limp, microwaved/reheated and a very soggy pale. Had that very reheated texture/consistency.
Keema rice - not heavily flavoured plenty of meat though slight plus.
Boiled rice - self explanatory, pretty hard to get wrong.
Overall this was really just a poor experience, lumps of meat either chucked in with overpowering sauce that has a one track flavour or bland with very dilute flavours. False advertising and an over inflated rating on just eat.
Mind you, order and make up your own mind everyone?s tastes are different.

I asked for the hottest beef curry and it was utterly delicious had a few different items Inc the chicken tikka an cheese omelette all fantastic highly recommended

Got food poisoning from these, The food tastes horrible to me, It tastes cold, The food doesn't taste nice to me so I don't go anymore after the food poisoning, I wouldn't recommend anyone going

First time ever leaving a review but I feel like I need to. Also first time ordering from here and it was so worth it. Best curry I?ve had in a very long time!! So flavoursome and piping hot, even too hot to eat at first had to let it cool down which is unusual with takeaways these days. You can tell that so much attention has been put into making the curry, ingredients were fresh, it was full of flavour and taste like it was literally homemade. My new go to takeaway on a Friday night. Thank you

Our favourite local curry takeaway. Great naan breads and the curries are always nice whichever we choose. Must have been about 10 times over the last 2-3 years and will continue to go back. The order is always ready to go when we turn up for collection too. Highly recommend
