If we could give this company no stars we would! They are totally unprofessional, arrogant, uncaring and cannot be trusted - this is putting it politely. Save yourself a lot of stress and anguish and go elsewhere, please don't give them the opportunity of causing you all the stress they caused us.

Their van drivers drive in a disgusting manner, flashing and trying to intimidate other road users. Driving a matter of inches behind the car in front, the kind of driving that causes accidents. Funnily enough I?d been looking to get a new fireplace installed however after seeing them represent their company like that I think I?ll take my business elsewhere.

We reserved a fire place service one month in advance. We called to confirm the week before and were told that they would come at 9 AM. On the day we called once more to confirm and they said PM but no specific time. They said in the morning that they would keep us updated on timing. They did not. I called just after 4 PM and they told me that the mobile of the service team was shut off. We juggled the entire day. We lost work time. No one came.

Replaced a 20 years old , decommissioned gas fire for a brand new remote controlled electric fire. Great, professional service from when we walked into the showroom to when our fire was fitted . We love our new fire and it has added a real cosy feeling to our lounge . Thank you Martin James Fireplaces .

Sorry but I couldn't possibly say what I really would like to say about this place. Well not the place but the mangment. Argente doesn't come anywhere near discribing him. I Would not go there again if it was the last place standing. They are not reliable in anyway shape or form.

Very wide selection of Gas and Electric Fires and Fireplaces over two floors. Friendly helpful staff and reasonable prices. Can't yet comment on installation.......
