Ian and the team did a brilliant job at selling our house for us. He didn't just give us a brochure and price list like some of the other local agents. He gave us a plan of how to take the property to market and achieve a sale. The correspondence throughout was first class and I would not hesitate to recommend Ian and the team to anyone else.

We met with multiple agents in Hucknall and elected to go with Martin and Co after both having very positive initial interactions with them and finding their pricing very competitive, compared with others we met.This was a brilliant choice. We found the whole process of moving rather stressful, but Martin and Co and in particular Rosie, were fantastic throughout, supporting us far above and beyond their remit. We were in a difficult chain that kept changing and was lacking proper EA services further up in the chain, requiring Martin and Co to do a lot more heavy lifting to push the chain to progress, which they did brilliantly.I can't recommend this branch, and the team here, highly enough. They were a superbly knowledgeable and supportive EA service for whom we were very grateful. Thanks again Rosie, Ian and team.

The service from the Hucknall team for the sale of the property was excellent. Their marketing and accompanied viewings enabled the property to be sold very quickly within a week. They made the process seamless and Rosie and Ian were very supportive giving time to both us, with advice and the buyers with visits. I would Highly recommend using the Branch.

I have been working with Romey the past few weeks and she has been excellent. She has been so supportive and patient with all the things that have come up. Martin & co have been a great agency to work with but I can not praise Romey inpaticular enough for everything she did.

After a very disappointing experience with a letting agent in Oxford we were really grateful to do business with Romey and Rosie at Martin & Co. Really excellent, clear communication throughout the entire process; even when the referencing went haywire, Romey patiently guided us along and we got where we needed to be.

This letting agency allowed me to live in a house with fire safety issues for four years. The house wasn't even cleaned when I rented it and had mold throughout I did the house up and cleaned it top to bottom when I left also fitted new carpet bath tap and got rid of all the mold and re sealed the entire house. Its now been over two months since my tenancy ended and they are not answering calls or emails about my deposit and are basically robbing me without even an explanation I would highly advise everyone to stay clear.

I recently dealt with Hilda at Martin and Co for a property I was looking to buy. Unfortunately I didn't buy the property in the end due to other offers but I just wanted to leave a review to say how good the whole service was. I was always kept in the loop with what was going on and I never once had to ring for an update. Hilda was professional, polite and knowledgeable from start to finish. Out of all of the estate agents I have dealt with so far with viewing and making offers for properties, Hilda has by far been the best. I highly recommend her and Martin & Co in Hucknall!

Tenant review: Absolutely excellent service from Rosie and Katie at Hucknall Martin & Co. Processed queries quickly with positive customer relations, and treated us with respect by always ensuring we were politely asked before any visits to the premises were conducted (not many agencies actually adhere to this courtesy in practice from our experience!).Whilst this point is of course dependant on how you treat your rental home(!), they also liaised effectively with the landlord and returned our deposit in full within two weeks of us vacating the property, in addition to managing the check-out procedure to accommodate our work schedules, which made the process such an easy and positive experience. Thank you! :)
