I Recently have had a lot of problems with the ordering of my 78 year old mums medication .
I live quite far from her . The Receptionist at Torkhard Hill I find unhelpfull uninterested and quite rude which after several attempts to get my mums medication without success I was getting concerned for my mum as she has a long list of problems one of which is Diabetes. In Desperation I Rang this WONDERFUL CHEMIST THEY ARE KIND EMPATHIC UNDERSTANDING AND HAVE HELPED ME GET MY MUMS MEDICATION AND HELPED WE WITH REORDER. ITS 5 STARS ALL THE WAY FOR PHARMACIST MOHAMID AND HIS BRILLIANT TEAM .

I rang this pharmacy today as I was feeling too unwell to collect my prescriptions and they have delivered it to my address free of charge. I've always received an absolutely OUTSTANDING service from this pharmacy.
Would highly recommend.

5/5 - Very helpful, polite and considerate staff and pharmacists.When I was prescribed a new type of inhaler, the pharmacist went out of his way to call me a week later and check how I was getting on with it.When I was distressed about the cost of all my new medications, the manager took the time to explain how prepaid prescription certificates worked and helped me out a lot. Fantastic manager who genuinely cares.

Amazing lovely staff who go above and beyond to help - prescriptions are ready quickly, on time and are handed to you with a smile. They work extremely hard to get prescriptions ready for you, even if there?s a long queue. Always there to answer your queries.

Slowest pharmacy in the world. If prescription was ready 3 days ago, you arrive to find out it?s not ready and have to wait.Even when you are the only person in the shop, it takes 20 minutes to prepare a child?s inhaler spacer

Advertised time of closing 1pm got there at 1245 to get some urgent medicine for a child and they wouldn't serve me.

Hour wait in the queue and then another 30 minutes to get a prescription that was ready 3 days ago!!! Never a quick in and out here. No one seems to know what they're doing. Always unorganized and excuses why things aren't ready Will be using Tesco in future.

This Pharmacy is an absolute joke. Rude staff . Waited one and a half hours to be served to be told the prescription only came 3 days ago so not ready.I went back the next day as requested by them to wait another hour to be served to be told that it?s still not ready .Absolute Joke
