It's a fantastic pub and very good price of £2 a pint which you can never go wrong with, but the only downside to it is that if you want a weeknight drink there, then you are just wasting your time going there cause instead of closing at 11pm as stated then they will just close whenever they want after 9.30 pm, so now I think it's best I never go back there again being as you'll never know if they are still open or not, which I'm not chancing again

Pint of Strongbow original £2. Good outside seating inside seems more of a youth club inside with kids in there around 10pm ok for kids to be in a pub but not that late

Half moon pub is a gem. Cozy atmosphere, friendly staff, and a solid selection of drinks. Perfect for a casual night out or a laid-back catch-up with friends.

While The Half Moon currently isn't serving food, the pub still maintains its inviting atmosphere. The focus may be on drinks for now, but the friendly ambiance and perhaps a pint of your favorite brew make it a worthwhile stop. Looking forward to when the food service resumes.
