“I`ve not been well,since the separation from my wife,back in 2013.i`ve spent the last 7+ years as a recluse.Only venturing out at night to go food shopping.Due to my poor mental health,i have found it very difficult to mix with people.After a recommendation from my doctor to push myself,get physically active,which,in turn may health with my mental health.I went to have a look.First impressions.Friendly atmosphere.I was shown,all of the equipment,how the equipment works,and introduced to many of the friendly staff.Anyway,long story short,i`m joining them next week.I will give it a go.”
