What a shop only went in to see if they had one item in which they didn't have left the shop and had a member of staff said I had put something in my shopping bag all I had in my bag was fish food and some new fish I even showed um the bag and even showed um my pockets in my coat to prove I am not a shopflitter as a member of staff said so beeing tiped of by a undercover police officer I even spoke to the manager and told um I want a sorry for the nxt time I would go back In but that won't happen now lost the custom now

Get asked for ID every time I come in and buy a scratch card or energy drink (doesn?t ask my mates who are younger than me.) Pretty sure the women is a jobsworth and gets satisfaction from doing it. I?m 19 years old and drive a car and I do understand it?s her job but I?ve been asked for ID at least 8 times and I?m starting to get frustrated.

Lovely clean store, nice staff. As usual not a place to do a full shop due to prices but definitely a good place to stop for a top up or on the go shop. Better choices than the Sainsbury?s next door.

Built on the site of the former Flying Bedstead pub this Co-op is well laid out and has a contemporary feel. Free parking outside is useful and range of product sold is pretty good. There are other convenience goods stores in the area too so theres lots of options for locals or people using Watnall Road going in or out of Hucknall town centre.
